Registering with Insight Vacations' Fast Track check-in, the information you give us will enable our team to better anticipate your needs whilst on your tour. This will also alleviate the need for you to show your passport at each hotel. Also, once registered, you will receive helpful information and tips about your upcoming Insight Vacations experience - like useful things to know before you go, packing and reading tips along with compelling offers from some of our preferred partners.

To complete the registration form, all you will need are the passport/s details for the travelers on your booking, your mobile/cell number and the contact details of a person we should contact in the unlikely event of an emergency. It should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Begin your FastTrack check-in. (Please note that if you check in within 30 days of departure, we cannot guarantee the Tour Director will receive your information. Therefore, the sooner you register with us, the better. If you do register within 30 days of your departure, please complete the registration form, print it and bring it with you for your Tour Director. (You will then also still receive the "Know Before You Go" information and savings offers).
