Since January 2011, agents have been able to connect from Sabre’s premium relationship management product ClientBase to Insight’s Tropics reservations system. This has allowed agents to seamlessly pass agency log-in and access client data for a more efficient way to provide exceptional service to their customers and maintain detailed records on customer travel history. The complete itinerary and accounting data also gets imported back into ClientBase for comprehensive reporting and future marketing needs.

At the inception of this partnership agents could only book land. As of now, agents can also book air.
