Offering the latest facilities, our Reception Centre allows you to relax in comfort. After check-in why not read the morning papers, watch the latest news from around the world on our TV screens, check your emails using our free internet café or via our free WIFI facility or make use of our refreshment facilities.

Of course, we’re not just open for tour departures, our opening times are:

Sunday – Thursday 7am – 7pm
Friday – Saturday 7am – 8pm

16 October 2011 – 7 April 2012
Daily 7am – 7pm

Why not pop in and say hello, our friendly professional Reception Centre Hosts are there to offer you help and assistance, to ensure you have an excellent stay with us in London. Our new centre is also opposite one of London’s iconic landmarks, the London Eye, so combine your visit with priority tickets for a flight on the “Eye” purchased from our Reception Centre.
