Trip: Loved Zermatt/the Matterhorn & crossing the amazing Alps the most

Service: We had an outstanding tour director, Sue Mason. She added so much history & fun to the week. She was interesting & personable. She helped us greatly when a personal problem came up. I liked the choices of hotels, and choices of places & towns to visit. Yes, I would recommend them to friends.

Trip: Beautiful scenery and lovely hotels.

    Service: Great guide Sue Mason!

  • 26 October, 2017

Trip: We enjoyed our taste of Switzerland but did find it a very expensive place to visit.

Service: We really enjoyed our experience and this was our first tour of this type. Our tour co-ordination was excellent; both knowledgeable and helpful. Our coach driver was excellent also. On the whole the accommodation was very good and most of the included meals were of a good standard.

  • 22 October, 2017

Trip: The itinerary was good but if you didn’t take the optional tours it would be disappointing!!

Service: The tour guide Sue Mason was very good. Did a good job setting things up and being entertaining.

  • 15 October, 2017

Trip: Not keen on the stop in Italy to Braveno. Would have preferred to have had another day in Switzerland.

Service: We book with Insight because of the room in the coach, the fact that their hotels are central and their drivers are expert drivers and very safe drivers. Their tour directors are able to personalise the tours and really look after you. They just don't rattle off fact after fact. Having done 9 tours now, we have never had a bad experience overall. Our only whinge is that not all hotels have tea and coffee making facilities in their rooms or even in their lobby.

  • 15 October, 2017

Trip: Not too long on the bus each day; arriving most citiies around 3 pm to allow for free time before dinner; plenty of stops usually at very interesting places (not just highway services); allowed changes eg Matterhorn due to weather.

Service: Great tour, a nice amount of free time in each city achieved by arriving around 3 pm some days. Tour Director changed optional in Zermatt to allow us to see the Matterhorn on a clear day. Enjoyed it all

  • 15 October, 2017

Trip: Our tour guide Ellen was excellent. Very polite, knowledgeable and great sense of humor. She made the trip a fantastic one. Also our coach driver Christoff. He was amazing

Service: The travel agent was very patient. She spent time explaining everything in details

  • 11 October, 2017

Trip: Wonderful tour. This was my first bus tour. Going forward though, I would look for tours that spend at least two evenings at each stop.

Service: Tour Guide Maria was fabulous. She obviously loves her job and did everything possible to make this the most wonderful trip. She was very knowledgeable about everyplace we went.

  • 09 October, 2017

Trip: All of the places we visited were very beautiful.

Service: We loved our tour director, Sue Mason.

  • 09 October, 2017

Trip: Enabled us to see places we would not have seen doing our own thing.

Service: The tour was well thought out timely and tour director and driver were very approachable.

  • 08 October, 2017

Trip: Already explained what I thought.

Service: The itinerary was deceiving. If not for the optional excursions it would have been disappointing. Dinner choices were also mediocre at best and a couple worse.

  • 08 October, 2017

Trip: Nice view of Switzerland along the way. I personally would of liked more time in Heidelberg and less in St Moritz. Lucerne and Zermatt were perfect!!

Service: Awesome service. Makes you feel special and that you are important every step of the way! Maria even tracked down some luggage another tour company took
