Trip: Wonderful each place held great charm and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the added extras. I would have liked to have been given the optional activities earlier. It would have been good to know who the tour guide was earlier given the technology we have.
Service: At a tour level excellent . I found Joey wonderful extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I found the online computer system frustrating as it would not update my information. I updated 4 times and so did the travel agent and it still did not work. The tour guide also contacted Insight to update information for us. I contacted Insight directly who updated some of our details. One incident that impacted on our experience. I found the taxi that was booked for me and part of my trip ( by insight) to pick us up from the airport( London) did not come to the correct terminal because the details for the change in our flights which occurred 2 months prior did not occur so the driver went to the wrong terminal at the wrong time. This caused lots of stress on my part as I was in a new country and exhausted from the flight. The receipt I was issued was incorrect. No record of our booking was held by the company. Infact it turned out to be a different taxi company. We had to rely on strangers to help us navigate through the airport to terminal 3 from terminal 4 to find the desk- after not receiving any help when I telephoned the number listed on the printed receipt we were given in Australia. No area code for London was included on the telephone number-( I had not got my sim card for my phone so had to use public phones.) After 3 hours in the airport we found that another taxi company had our details- luckily the driver had not left even though he had waited another 2 hours for us to arrive. This was a major oversight and extremely stressful. When we did find the driver his service was outstanding.

A number activities were exclusive for on the insight group which meant that you were not crowded out and obtained excellent attention. Local guides made visiting the attractions 100 times better.

Trip: The itinerary was fabulous with getting a taste for many of the main cities in Europe. Now we need to go back to some of our favourite places to see at a more relaxed pace and perhaps explore some new destinations as well.
Service: Everything was seamlessly organised including the transport, luggage transfers, sightseeing excursions, meals and accommodation. We were kept well informed of the timetable, meeting places and times and the equipment required for each day's activity. Brad was very knowledgable of the local history and thrived on sharing this with us. He was very helpful with suggestions as to what to do with spare time as well as the local treats that should be tried. This was our second trip with Insight and didn't disappoint.
