Just finished touring the above tour with a great bunch of fellow travellers. What an amazing tour - started in Los Angeles and finished in New York. First few days we were shown the best of LA, Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon - from there it was the mid-west USA Our tour director, Todd, was full of information and suggestions. My highlights were - the very many highlight dinners, from many huge portions to dining on beautiful home grown food in a stunning original plantation mansion house - where the host and owner would have fitted in perfectly back in the late 1700. Favourite city - Charleston in Atlanta - very, very hot but an absolute jem to walk around - still looks like it could be a backdrop for "Gone with the Wind " Washington was naturally fantastic, had not realised how huge it is and so full of museums and memorials . Favourite memorial - memorial to the fallen in Korea.. Then, of course New York !!!!! Everything you imagined and more....... My thanks to all my fellow travellers, especially the Aussies, and to Todd for his patience and knowledge .. Jacqui... New Zealand

As this was my first time touring I was alittle hesitant in the begining but upon meeting our tour guide Todd & fellow traveller's I was made feel very welcome very fast by everyone. I had an amazing time from start to finish seeing and experiencing some awesome places that America has to offer that I wouldn't have attempted if I had done it on my own. Todd was an amazing guide with his knowledge and never hesitating to answer any questions I had whether he knew the answer or if he didn't he would find out (our google king). I have made some life long friends on this trip that i look forward to traveling with again. For any other 1st timers or return traveller's I would highly recommend this trip to anyone.. I know I will definitely be back I'm planning my next trip already and I'm not even home yet. Thanks Todd and Insight for a wonderful time
