Trip: One place more beautiful than the other.
Service: This is my third time with insight and this tour was as good as the previous ones, Jorge the tour director was very nice and helpful all the time and our driver Miguel was excellent as well, I️ travelled solo and did pay single supplement to have my own room, some rooms were very nice but some others were supper small and not so nice but I️ didn’t let that ruin my vacation at all.

Trip: Very comprehensive and great coverage of Must-see in Spain .
Service: 4+ star : Tour Director gave timely and clear guidance in itinerary. Good sense of humour in rallying groups of strangers from different parts of the world, travelling together for the first time . Very thoughtful in getting small treats for the Group - much appreciated . Kudos to driver Miguel for great driving skills . It was a long but very smooth & safe drive throughout the trip. 5 star for the local guides. They were especially knowledgeable and passionate about the tours they conducted. Special mention for a young female guide (Christina) in Granada covering the the Alhambra & Albaicine walking tours . It was challenging walking 3 hours for some of us but Christina's lively, witty, sometimes cheeky remarks, helped us complete the 'gruelling' walk . Very impressive young lady . 3 star for hotel in Seville. Room was dim and sparse . Other than one exception, the rest of the hotels were great . 4 star for dining. One or two misses in Valencia & Seville but both dinners in Madrid were indeed the highlights .

Trip: It was good, nothing to complain about
Service: The organisation of tour was good, the bus, driver, tour guide were all good.
09 November, 2017
Trip: Achieved the purpose of seeing the highlights of Spain. However the hotels were generally too far out from city centres, and we would prefer lesser but more authentic accommodation than 5 star. The expectation of tips for guides and drivers is disappointing and a bit presumptuous when we pay highly for the tour. That should be built in to tour cost.
Service: Well organised

Trip: In our short time frame, the itinerary provide the top spots to visit to give us a taste of Spain ensuring a return visit, whereby more time would be devoted to truly experiencing the highlights, ie museum visits.
Service: First, I would strsongly recommend them. Five stars for their professionalism and organizational skills. Our tour guide, Anita Baker, went out of her way to ensure that everyone had a good time and that all issues, if any, were quickly resolved. Ms. Baker took the time to do little extra personal touches that made our Spanish experience a most memorable one.
