Trip: Excellent as I have previously stated.

Service: Easter Europe tour was excellent. The brewery tour was unnecessary as most of us had been there and done that and those who didn't do it just sat around. A couple of the hotels and i can't remember may have been Poland were a bit John's knowledge of the battlefields and the history of the war was in depth,in need of a paint and new carpets, but overall very clean. interesting and his passion for the tour was outstanding. He accommodated everyone's wishes to find a family member and we saw other nations memorials which was very interesting. Excellent tour. Perhaps next time a suggestion would be to add a day and see Dunkirk. Both drivers were excellent, extremely well presented, courteous and had excellent driving skillls.

Trip: The itinerary covered all the major battlefields that I wanted and expected to see. Tour Guide John added in some extras including some private visits to cemeteries. John generally exceeded expectations.

Service: John was an experienced tour guide and provided so much information and history of the places we visited and the battles of WWI. Good spacious coach and good quality hotels.

Trip: This is not a tour package that is designed to evoke fun and jokes. It went to the places I was interested in and then some- the tour guide, John Pitts, added stops at cemeteries that accommodated some who were hoping to locate distant relatives and he added a stop at an American cemetery in deference to us and another couple who are American. very thoughtful and insightful tour.

Service: Hasib was very helpful we had a problem in that the tour package indicated that the tour included transfers to/from airport but then a few weeks before going we were advised it did not. Hasib paid for our transfers- going above and beyond. However, I think you should review your tour packages for accuracy.

Trip: A very interesting tour of the battlefields. We learned a lot. Was not aware of the number of Australians involved. A very moving visit to the cemeterys.

Service: The tour director was superb. She organized all 40 of us and it worked well. The places visited were interesting although the perfume factory would be quite low on my priority list. The size of the buses is to be commended.

Trip: Ample time at all stops, something of particular interest at all stops and the guides at Vimy and Le Hamel were very good. The Australian locations need to do the same thing.

Service: John was an amazing Tour Director. Very knowledgable on this topic and took the time to allow private visits for those looking up relatives and friends. We had ample time at all locations and I enjoyed every stop we made. The nightly Last Post ceremony at Ypres was a particular highlight for me.

Trip: We covered a lot of ground and I'm glad we did. Each site selected was slightly different which made it more interesting.
