Trip: Loved all the stops on this trip. The only hotel we didn't care for was the NH Brugge. It smelled like sewer in the hallway

Service: We had booked very early for Switzerland in April. Insight cancelled and our friends could not attend the May 11 trip with us. They gave us the 10% discount for the Belgium trip, 12 days for the price of the Switzerland trip! They also found us reasonable airfare $507 each. We really wanted nonstop as was the case with the cancelled Switzerland trip. They did come up with the same price with nonstop on the return.

Trip: Great itinerary. Not to busy and no long rides on the bus. Everything perfectly time. However, the only thing that might be adjusted is the trip to Trier.

Service: Everything went well with no worries for me. Annelise was an excellent tour director. The itinerary was perfect. Will be going next year on another country roads trip.

  • 10 July, 2018

Trip: Nice time , not to quick paced trip with interesting sites and tours.

    Service: Great as always.

  • 08 July, 2018

Trip: Due to one day in Luxembourg only.

Service: The travel director did extremely well. The accommodations and meals were fine. The airport pick up to the hotel failed in for the last two occasions we travel with Insight. This need to be improved. This last time we needed to pay a Taxi to take us to the hotel in Brussels.

  • 03 July, 2018

Trip: We saw very interesting things and places. Our point of view is tampered by the fact we have visited other places and we compare this trip to other trips in Europe. Our favorite remains Italian Escapade. But that said, we have no regrets of taking this trip.

Service: The guide was knowledgeable and always available. The driver was very professional.

Trip: I thought the itinerary each day was impressive but would have liked to see more of the city centers in Brussels and Amsterdam. The local guides were fun, interesting and great information sources.

Service: I was very pleased with the Tour Director's coordination of the day's activities and how he handled exceptions to the rule. Yes I would recommend this tour group to everyone.

  • 26 June, 2018

Trip: Gave us a nice overview of the countries we visited.

Service: The schedule was great. Just enough free time so it didn’t feel too busy. Hotel choices were great. Food excellent. And Brad and our driver Peter were wonderful. Knowledgeable about the area and history and very helpful.

  • 26 June, 2018

Trip: Logical progression from Brussels to Amsterdam following the map. I particularly like architecture and art, so the culmination at Amsterdam and the Rijksmuseum meant “ending on a high note”. Another day in Amsterdam for visiting the Van Gogh museum and more time at the Rijksmuseum would have suited me.

Service: It was a fantastic experience: tour director and coach driver were excellent, the coach was comfortable, hotels and meals were outstanding. Local experts all most commendable. The choice of optional experiences completed the overall appreciation of the cities visited. I hope to travel with Insight again, and I’ll definitely recommend it!
