    Service: Excellent

  • 17 September, 2017

Trip: The itinerary included a range of cities and sites that gave the traveler an excellent view of Norway and Denmark culture and landscapes.

Service: Overall very good service and itinerary. However, some of the hotels could be better. The one in Oslo, while a great location, was not a nice hotel.

  • 14 September, 2017

Trip: They were always ready to assist or listen . Polite informative and sincere

Service: Great tour guide in Zsofi and driver in Arpet

  • 12 September, 2017

Trip: I enjoyed the locations and tours.

Service: I assume this means the tour director and bus driver. Both were excellent. I had Insight do all of the arrangements, including air. Our luggage did not arrive for 3 days. There was NOT enough time between our connecting flights. That would be something Insight should consider.

  • 11 September, 2017

Trip: Loved the combination of cities (Oslo, Bergen, Aarhus and Copenhagen) and the spectacular natural beauty of the Norwegian fiords and mountains

Service: The tour was diverse, with both natural beauty and interesting cities, and was well scheduled and organised, had an excellent tour guide & driver and a good combination of included activities and optional activities or free time.

  • 10 September, 2017

Trip: Cities and sites explored met and went beyond my expectations. Tour guide was exceptional.

    Service: Yes

  • 10 September, 2017

Trip: Nearly all 2 night stops, which was good, several relaxed starts, also good, scenery stunning, perhaps Tivoli Gardens on last night a little bit long as some people had early starts next day. Perhaps skip Carlsberg Brewery visit.

Service: Have travelled with Insight before, always good. this tour was super-good, the tour director /manager worked 110% . Zsofie wrote to us before the tour with welcome and meeting instructions, introduced herself and driver. She collected email addresses & names, she drew up a summary of our tour - great help sorting photos, and she kept us informed every step of the way.

  • 03 September, 2017

Trip: Interesting to lean about culture and cuisine of Norway and Denmark.

Service: Sufficient info was provided before and during trip to make it essentially a hassle free experience.

  • 28 August, 2017

Trip: I summarized my thoughts above. Nothing else to add, except tour director was friendly and helpful. Buss driver was excellent.

Service: Great choice of locations and stunning views. Center-city hotels. Good organization. Kept busy, but not too hectic.

  • 27 August, 2017

Trip: Tour was well planned with lots of personal time to explore.

Service: We were all treated well. The tour director managed the tour very efficiently. Hotels stops may have been supported with some medical assistance to manage minor medical problems that some of us picked up in the long bus ride!

  • 27 August, 2017

Trip: Itinerary was very good. Would have spent a little more time at a few places but know it is not possible when organized for the tour

Service: Peter had everything well organized and was very friendly and helpful. Bus driver was quiet but an excellent driver and answered any question that he could. Only my second trip with insight, have also gone with Trafalgar Tours. Always consider both and have recommended both.

  • 27 August, 2017

Trip: The trip lived up to all my expectations and more. I really enjoyed myself experiencing new places, cultures and people.

Service: Really good and our tour director was super, battling on even when unwell. Excellent driver and both courteous and helpful at all times.
