Trip: It was a great introductions to so many of our national parks in the west. We covered lots of territory and yet really didn't feel rushed.
Service: Great accommodations! Great tour guide! Very thorough, knowledgeable and in tune with all details. Great coach bus with lots of leg room and awesome bus driver!

Trip: The itinerary was great. The accommodation mainly in the National Parks was well situated, however the standard of accommodation, food and service varied from good to poor.
Service: The itinerary was extensive and I saw most of what I wanted to see. I do however think that single women are discriminated against. Many of the staff in the National Park accommodation is itinerant and badly trained (or have no hospitality training at all).

Trip: Couple of extremely long travel days which are predicated by Insight wishing to travel to big cities to facilitate those who join for shorter time. Very tiring and uninteresting days which were a waste of time.
Service: Tour itinerary comprehensive and Tour Director excellent. Amazed at the vast open spaces.

Trip: The itinerary was good. But the Las Vegas experience was poor, and involved about 24 hours and long drives. Maybe Las Vegas could somehow be an optional extra? * I now realise that Las Vegas is evidently not my cup of tea! * The Aria Resort was horrible: Endless corridors. Coach departure lounge in an underground bunker. Difficulty of way-finding. * The evening experience at Fremont St was the only good part. The concept of a group photo is out-dated. I would much prefer a series of individual photos, each with the person's name attached. This would help me to learn the names of the other travellers. The photos could be sent electronically to the smart phone of each traveller at the very start of the tour. 'Your Travel Itinerary' could be improved by adding (for example) a new section 'Night 5' after the current section 'Day 5'.
Service: Everything was good. But I have suggestions re * group photographs and * format of the Trip notes

Trip: Simply fantastic! Some of the sites and canyons I had not seen since 1973 when stationed in Denver and had the opportunity to visit many of them.
Service: It would be much harder to identify what our tour director, Manuel Marquez, and our driver, Faziel, didn't do well. Every need of guests was met with calm confidence by both Manuel and Faziel. In particular Manuel was outstanding in his knowledge and ability to answer questions about sites visited and explain clearly to greater depth when it was warranted. Of great benefit was his onboard briefing of the next site to be visited and afterwards his debrief on what had been seen as we continued on toward the next site. Manuel was by far the best tour director I have encountered and would not hesitate in joining a tour of my choice on which he was the director. It was hard to believe Manuel and Faziel had not worked as a team for years given their understanding and co-operation.

Trip: Even though it was pretty hectic, we were able to see and do so much in a couple of weeks. We would not be able to do it all on our own. The food and the places we stayed were good and each place unique in its own way
Service: The tour director was outstanding, very knowledgeable and so warm and friendly to everyone.

Trip: Absolutely incredible 15 days, loved every minute of it, we went out of our comfort zone with some of the extra trips we did and thoroughly enjoyed them. Our director Ann went well beyond her duties and made sure we were all well cared for and happy and driver Willis was excellent at all times. Would recommend this trip as a must do for everyone no matter where in the world you live.
Service: Had great customer service through Hayley at the New Zealand Office, would certainly book another Insight tour through her again.,
