Trip: Absolutely incredible 15 days, loved every minute of it, we went out of our comfort zone with some of the extra trips we did and thoroughly enjoyed them. Our director Ann went well beyond her duties and made sure we were all well cared for and happy and driver Willis was excellent at all times. Would recommend this trip as a must do for everyone no matter where in the world you live.
Service: Had great customer service through Hayley at the New Zealand Office, would certainly book another Insight tour through her again.,

Trip: They could of left out Lad Vegas. It Didn't go with the rest of the trip.
Service: The main office needs to pass information from travelers on to the tour guide. This way they can help the people more. I am not able to walk very far and had requested rooms close to lobby. Always my room would be the furthest from the lobby. This information was never passed on to the tour guide.

Trip: Loved the pace and the sites we visited. I especially liked the opportunity to do the pontoon boat trip on the Colorado River and the white water rafting on the Snake River. I did the chuck wagon tour and barbecue in Custer State Park, but at the end I thought the expense was too much for what we received. I feel we were grossly overcharged. Seventy five dollars would be an acceptable charge for that experience. The only exception was Las Vegas. Not sure how it fits the experience of “National Parks”
Service: Well planned and conducted by tour guide Ann Harness. She was extremely knowledgeable of the sites and always provided background knowledge for every stop on the trip either by speaking about them or showing us a video prior to arrival. My only issue was not having grab bars in any of the bath/showers in the lodges/ hotels where we stayed. I thought this was required by the Disabilities Act and you might ask your providers/ vendors to install these for the safety of your guests. Remember that many of your customers/travelers are senior citizens.

Trip: Great itinerary start to end.
Service: Guide and driver were fantastic, sites and hotel locations were great, but most of our rooms were in very poor condition as far as clogged shower heads, bath and sink drains not draining, and mold in seams. I feel that many of the dinners weren't up to a good standard.

Trip: NATIONAL PARKS TRIP HAS BEEN ON MY BUCKET LIST AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT
Service: COMFORTABLE COACH PROFESSONAL DRIVER AND A VERY KNOWLEDGABLE TOUR DIRECTOR GREAT OVERNIGHT LODGES AND HOTELS AND MOST INCLUDED MEALS WERE EXCELLANT

Trip: The only thing we didn't think was worthwhile was the school bus tour in Deadwood Please DO NOT EAT at the HOLIDAY INN in Rapid City. The celebration dinner, which we had after we had filled out the evaluations, was AWFUL. It was a terrible way to end a tremendous trip
Service: We would use INSIGHT again.
