Trip: The sights were magnificent, and the stops were exactly the places we wanted to see.

Service: The itinerary was perfect, and the accomodations were mostly superior. The arranged meals were high quality, and the overnight train ride was special.

  • 09 August, 2018

Trip: One of the lodges (Many Glacier Lodge), although in a beautiful setting, was not up to par. Our tour guide could have given us more historical background and faced us while talking on the bus. She, normally, would sit in the front seat and not get up to talk to the bus. Some of the included meal choices were not as promised. We were also promised an email list of everyone that was on the tour. She guaranteed this would be done and sent to everyone, yet, we have not received anything thus far. It's been two weeks.

Service: Steve Warren was an excellent source of information, returning all phone calls and answering all questions.

  • 06 August, 2018

Trip: Having never traveled to this region, we got to see and experience many beautiful treasures that we will long remember.

Service: Insight tours are far above their competition from the roominess and cleanliness of their motor coaches to the finely tuned experiences along our journey. Every detail was taken care of so each day ran smoothly.

  • 06 August, 2018

Trip: It was a fantastic tour! We covered so much in those 14 days, and really did not feel rushed. It was a very good pace, with some leisure time of our own, if wanted. Or you could do some other optional excursions which were great. Our tour guide, Lezli, was so knowledgeable, gracious, and warm. She was like our mother hen, guiding her chicks along, yet giving us space. And Greg, our bus driver, did a fantastic job as well. We felt safe in his hands driving the bus and always keeping it clean as well. We also enjoyed his sense of humor.

Service: They did a fantastic job! We did a 14 day Canadian Rockies tour. Everything was in order. Our documents came and explained everything in detail. We felt confident going into the trip that it would be good and it was better than I thought.

  • 06 August, 2018

Trip: We saw amazing sights and had wonderful excursions! Each day was just as spectacular as the day before!

Service: Our tour guide was very responsive to our every need. I misplaced my purse twice--once on the bus--no big deal, and once at Many Glacier Lodge. Both times, Lezli was right on it--very helpful and she didn't make me feel at all stupid--which I was feeling!. Any questions or concerns that we had, she answered. Our bus driver, Gregg, was not only an excellent driver, but a very friendly and courteous person.

  • 03 August, 2018

Trip: Spectacular scenery and wonderful sites. Variety from beautiful gardens to beautiful mountains.

Service: Definitely would recommend them. Everything went smoothly for us. Tour guide was good. Always cheerful. My husband walks slowly and she adjusted to that so we did not feel really rushed.

  • 03 August, 2018

Trip: Only complaint was the cramped sleeping accommodations on the overnight train.

Service: Tour director was especially attentive to the needs of individuals.

  • 03 August, 2018

Trip: Itinerary is good.many glaciers hotel is poor but rustic.athabasca glacier was a disappointment. Other stops were good.

    Service: Would use again.

  • 03 August, 2018

Trip: We got to see everything we hoped for

Service: Our tour guide and driver were outstanding. They were consistently concerned that we experienced all we could in comfort and with an overall pleasant day.
