Trip: Some options were canceled and you should have reimbursed in some form. Even if weather reasoning was he case then provide something to compensate. People were upset. I for one thought you had a cheap approach. Tourist have many options to travel. Why chose Insight? We could not combine our vouchers. Why? I’ve used many other tours and saw the difference. Why do I need to save a voucher for another trip. That’s ridiculous!
Service: Rinbursement of vouchers.

Trip: The scenery is absolutely magnificent! We had unexpected snow which added to the beauty of the area!
Service: Having only 40 people on the bus is great! The tour guide and bus driver were very good and resourceful. I would recommend not doing the train and use the bus and stop in Kamploos for the night and then head to Jasper.

Service: Nothing but GOOD!!

Trip: The itinerary was great! We specifically chose this tour because it included Glacier National Park in Montana and we thought an overnight train ride would be romantic. Turns out, not so much, but Insight realized this and has taken the train ride out of next year's tour. Other than the train ride, we wouldn't change a thing.
Service: We had a wonderful time on the tour of the Canadian Rockies. Weather was not always perfect but our amazing tour leader, Keith McKenzie, and our driver, Stephen Marshall, did a fantastic job of getting us everywhere we were supposed to go. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Four Seasons in Vancouver, the Rimrock Resort in Banff, the Davenport in Spokane, and the Fairmont Olympic in Seattle. We especially loved the Butchart Gardens in Victoria, walking the Capillano Suspension Bridge in Vancouver, and the red jammer ride in Glacier National Park in Montana. The natural beauty of the majestic scenery was awe inspiring. The food was mostly excellent and to top it off, we had a wonderful group of travelers. We have already recommended Insight and this tour to many of our friends.

Trip: All destinations were worthwhile experiences. The VIA Rail portion of the trip was not satisfactory. Quarters too cramped.
Service: Took care of luggage, scheduling, attention to special needs. Considerate bus driver and safe.

Trip: We saw everything in the itinerary although maybe not in the order listed. Due to changing weather conditions, our tour guide made sure we did what we could at the best times.
Service: Well organised and our tour guide Keith was very knowledgeable, attentive to everyone's individual needs and lots of fun. Our driver Stephen was also keen to share with us his local knowledge. The hotels chosen were fabulous and I would recommend a tour of The Davenport in Spokane; it's spectacular!

Trip: I think instead of lunch in Wallace, Insight should make that stop at Coeur d'alene.
Service: Several issues with the weather and fires caused us to miss staying at the lodges in Glacier National Park and caused us to miss views of many locations. I wish that Insight knowing we weren't able to stay in Glacier National Park would have made arrangements for boxes lunches to allow us maximum time on our brief visit there.

Trip: We loved the whole experience with the itinerary. The scenery was fabulous and well planned. After it snowed in Jasper and Banff, our tour guide had other options than what was planned. She did a good job. My wife and I went on the Red Jammer to Logan's Pass. The scenery was beautiful but many people felt that it was way too cold with the canvas roof off of our vehicle. We had snow on the ground and it was around 30 degrees. My wife would not have gone along if she would have known they were going to take off the top of the vehicle. Some of the group got sick afterwards. This was not explained very well to us. There was a blanket for every 4 people in the vehicle but everyone of us could have used a blanket.
Service: The customer service experience was excellent. The trip was well organized and our tour guide was well traveled and very good.

Trip: The natural beauty of the Rockies and surrounding areas was the star of the trip. The train ride could be eliminated. Although pleasant to travel during the day few people were able to sleep at night in the uncomfortable beds. Sounds romantic on paper but might be better served by making that leg on the bus and staying in Kamloops at a nice hotel or upgrading to the first class cabins. The hotels we stayed at were wonderful and the meals delicious and plentiful. On the long stretch towards whitefish, we could’ve done with life few more pitstops and more water on the bus.
Service: The bus was extremely comfortable. Lucy our driver was very competent and personable. Lezli our guide had a wonderful depth of knowledge and energy. She took great steps to inform us of development and itinerary. She worked hard to make lemonade out of the lemons that the weather presented. When we couldn’t get to she scrambled hard to provide alternative activities. She was very responsive to everyone’s questions and needs.
