    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: Denali WOW would have preferred more time there and not in Anchorage. Train amazing as were all other inclusions.

Service: Yes I would use Insight again. Except for the Grand Denali Lodge which is not close to anything and the land it is situated on is riddled with erosion. The bus driver, Marilyn was exceptional in her interaction with all the group, cleanliness of bus and good driving.A

Service: Organisation of tour manager and driver excellent. Level of accommodation very good.

  • 03 June, 2018

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: Not sure this is possible but it would be great if the days could be shorter. We were up at 5:30 and frequently didn't have dinner until 7 or later. Exhausted by the end of a short tour.

Service: This was our sixth tour with Insight; we appreciate the 40 only passengers plus the extra leg room. However, on this tour the bus would have held 48 and there wasn't any extra leg room. Hopefully this isn't the new norm for Insight. The optional tours were horribly overpriced so we declined to take any. While they sounded interesting we have never seen such awful prices. What happened. The train ride was outstanding! The boat ride not so hot; Insight needs a much smaller, private boat. My husband uses a cane and was pushed and shoved aside more than once. I had a huge man intentionally step in front of me to block my ability to take a photo. He chose to stand even tho he had an window table and wasn't taking photos. It would simply be safer and more enjoyable to have our own boat.
