    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: We had a 1 1/2 days of Free Time in Charlottetown, with only an included breakfast. There should have been included planned activity. We were told there had been a planned activity on the previous tours but they dropped it. We paid, but felt we didn't get the full itenary. If Insight drops an activity or execution, they should replace it with another activity!

Service: The trip was very enjoyable. Our tour Director Karen L. was professional, interesting, knowledgeable, super organized, cheerful, humorous, and treated us all very well! She gets A+!!! Our bus driver Jim was excellent as well. Had a bit of trouble booking our Insight trip, but we got those issues resolved. If an Insight representative would like to call us, we would be glad to explain.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: If you are looking for a laid back itinerary, this is it. However, since there was no optional tour for PEI, perhaps should shorten our stay there instead of giving us 1 1/2 day free time in Charlottetown.

Service: I would most definitely use Insight again should we decide to take another land tour. I will also recommend Insight to my friends. They've done a good job taking care of the details like special request for room equipped for disabled person.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: The Itinerary was perfect, although some days were very busy. I found that the free time provided was needed for things like laundry and just looking around on my own.

Service: Insight customer service was excellent, both during the booking process and the trip. Every detail was well organized.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: Great history of the Provicences - time in each day to tour on our own after the wonderful presentations. Definitely would recommend.

Service: Definitely would recommend Insight. Great Customer Care, planning to minute details, friendliness of staff and step-on guides, knowledge of great director, extra length on coach a plus. One of the reasons we chose Insight Also the step up quality of hotels.

Service: It was all very well coordinated

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: The trip was only twelve days but we managed to cover a lot of territory and learn a lot about a part of Canada that we as Canadians did not know about. Only one other Canadian couple on tour who also had and learned a lot.

Service: We loved out trip down east on September 2nd, 2017. My husband is on a walker and everyone on the tour was so kind helping me push him around and our bus driver Jim pulled the walker on an off the bus too many times to mention with a smile on his face. Karen our tour guide who is from P.E.I. is a real people person and so organized and just made sure everyone had an amazing experience. Karen took her final tour after ours and is now hopefully enjoying her retirement. There was not one thing we did not like about the tour and we partook in every event except whale watching as we slept in at Digby Pines as we had the window open in our room and slept so soundly that we woke up twenty minutes before the bus left the hotel that morning. We managed to sit outside and read and then took the shuttle bus from the Pines into town and just enjoyed our day but missed being with our friends. G-d willing we will take a trip out to British Columbia or down into the eastern United States with Insight in 2018 if our health holds out. We can't thank you enough for making our trip so memorable. Got some terrific pictures as memories as my husband used to be a very good photographer before his fall and brain surgery in 2014. He enjoyed using his real camera again and there certainly was enough amazing thing to photograph.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: The itinerary included so many beautiful areas of the Maritimes, as well as being so informative and educational. I can't think of a thing that I would suggest changing or modifying.

Service: The Customer Service on Insight Vacations was excellent. Our tour guide, Karen, is such a lovely lady. Being a native of the Maritimes, Karen offered much insightful information and facts about the areas visited. She is so organized and knowledgeable. Her warm and embracing personality made it so easy for everyone on the Insight Vacation to get to know and bond with each other. Jim, our bus driver was fantastic. He was so courteous and helpful with all the passengers. His driving ability with the huge 2018 Prevost coach was so professional. He was meticulous with the care of the coach. The sites visited were spectacular.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: This tour takes you to several locations where you learn about the history of the area.

Service: Landscapes of the Canadian Maritimes is a wonderful tour. The hotels were great. Our tour guide Karen was fantastic and knew all about the area since she grew up there. Our bus driver Jim was an excellant driver and alway kept the bus immaculant. We got lots of information on the Titanic tragedy and saw the graves of people who were brought to Halifax after the ship sank. Some where identified and other were not. We also learned about the Halifax explosion in 1917 that we had never heard of before. When we went whale watching we saw lots of whales very close to the boat. This was a very informative tour and would recommend it for everybody. We have gone on several Insight tours and they alway exceed our expectations.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: As it was about landscapes would have appreciated input about the associated wildlife. Did go on very successful whalewatch.

Service: The trip was well led and well driven including very long days. The programme was varied and included some excellent presentations by local experts. The meeting at Halifax airport did not work. I alerted the email address given but there was a 2 hour gap until a shuttle might have arrived. Instead we were able to get a lift with part of the US contingent coming on the same tour....so it should have been straightforward to combine our requirements for getting into Halifad.
