Trip: It was a terrific itinerary. We particularly enjoyed the experiences into the cultures and history of the provinces. We were pleased to also have some "open" time to explore as we wished. It was a delightful itinerary and we will be recommending this tour to others.
Service: Well planned event. Since this was our first experience with a tour group, we would have benefited from more contact from Insight three months or so ahead. Several times we contacted our travel agent with questions.

Trip: It was very educational and informative. Could have left off the Invernary Hotel (I don't think I spelled it correctly) they need to update there bathrooms. The bathroom had black mold around the baseboards. Food was mediocre at best. The people working there were very nice and helpful.
Service: The tour director was very knowledge and very informative. Had a great personality. The drive was very good and helped to step down from the bus. Overall great experience.

Trip: Loved the places visited, a good mix of history and gorgeous landscapes, and the locals were so inviting and friendly!
Service: Our trip director Max Davidson did a great job, very thorough with information and entertaining! Really went the extra mile for his guests! The Westin in Halifax was the noisiest hotel I think I’ve ever been in! No sound proofing between rooms, all the room doors slammed shut, and many drunk and loud guests from other groups going to their rooms and partying after the bar closed at midnight. Got very little sleep when we really needed it from traveling. Sadly, The Inverary Resort in Cape Breton needs to be dropped until they make repairs from their fire damage. Too many employees working in positions they are unfamiliar with. The rooms had lots of bugs and some mold too.

Trip: Fantastic scenery, the boat excursions were extremely well done.
Service: Excellent itinerary, could use some minor tweaking on hotel choices

Trip: We had a 1 1/2 days of Free Time in Charlottetown, with only an included breakfast. There should have been included planned activity. We were told there had been a planned activity on the previous tours but they dropped it. We paid, but felt we didn't get the full itenary. If Insight drops an activity or execution, they should replace it with another activity!
Service: The trip was very enjoyable. Our tour Director Karen L. was professional, interesting, knowledgeable, super organized, cheerful, humorous, and treated us all very well! She gets A+!!! Our bus driver Jim was excellent as well. Had a bit of trouble booking our Insight trip, but we got those issues resolved. If an Insight representative would like to call us, we would be glad to explain.

Trip: If you are looking for a laid back itinerary, this is it. However, since there was no optional tour for PEI, perhaps should shorten our stay there instead of giving us 1 1/2 day free time in Charlottetown.
Service: I would most definitely use Insight again should we decide to take another land tour. I will also recommend Insight to my friends. They've done a good job taking care of the details like special request for room equipped for disabled person.

Trip: The Itinerary was perfect, although some days were very busy. I found that the free time provided was needed for things like laundry and just looking around on my own.
Service: Insight customer service was excellent, both during the booking process and the trip. Every detail was well organized.

Trip: Great history of the Provicences - time in each day to tour on our own after the wonderful presentations. Definitely would recommend.
Service: Definitely would recommend Insight. Great Customer Care, planning to minute details, friendliness of staff and step-on guides, knowledge of great director, extra length on coach a plus. One of the reasons we chose Insight Also the step up quality of hotels.
