Trip: Our guide was fabulous, Maria, the best! She made the trip, so much knowledge & passion. Our trip was amazing, we covered so much. Starting in Madrid and ending in Barcelona with so much in between. We took all the optional tours they offered to other cities and so very glad we did. The Masque in Cordoba with the Cathedral built inside of it was amazing, only one like it in the world. Beautiful churches, lovely towns. Fatima was a highlight for me, I have always wanted to visit Fatima since I was a young girl and my wish came true. Seeing the tomb of Christopher Columbus in the Seville Cathedral was special Porto was so picturesque, we really enjoyed it along with the winery. Lisbon was very nice, ate at a nearby restaurant on our own which was excellent and walking distance from our hotel. All the hotels were lovely and in good locations. The breakfasts were delicious, some exceptional. The food and the culture was wonderful, we enjoyed the Paella in Valencia, a special evening. The Rock of Gibraltar was something to see, had to cross an air field to get there. Saw the monkey's and took some pictures. We were able to see Morocco from there which was pretty neat. Costa del Sol was really a beautiful beach town area, we stayed there for two nights and really enjoyed it, the Melia was very nice and we had a great view from our room of the Mediterranean Sea. Took a nice walk along the water and picked up some sea shells. Malaga was also special, visited Picasso's home as part of our tour. Mijas was an adorable little town with gorgeous views, so glad we stopped there to see it. I can go on and on, it was such a wonderful experience and all made possible with Maria our guide and Petro our bus driver. He did a wonderful job, felt very safe on the entire trip. He was a dead ringer for Ben Affleck, the movie star, we teased him. There were 40 of us on the bus and they were the best group of people to travel with. We so enjoyed the trip and the memories we made in Spain and Portugal. I would also like to say that my husband left two caps behind and Maria sent them to him, they arrived two days ago, that is how wonderful she is! I would recommend Insight Vacations to anyone wanting to travel, this was my fourth trip with them.
Service: Customer Service is great, a wonderful company to work with! Our guide Maria Diaz was awesome, the best! Our bus driver Petro was great, felt so very safe the entire trip! Step on guides did a wonderful job, very passionate about their cities.

Trip: tour guide took care of us. Excellent !!
Service: Highly recommended
17 November, 2017
Trip: Visiting too many Churches was not to my liking. Too many optional tours too.
Service: Customer service was ok, but more consideration should be given to tourists who have had knee replacement done with regards to seat rotation arrangements in the bus. Instead priority was given to some tourists who were perfectly alright. Therefore I am my Husband and I are quite unhappy about this.

Trip: All cities & highlighted sites were exceptional, except that Gibraltar time & contracted mini-coach up the Rock was substandard & questionably safe.....could that pass a MOT?
Service: Tour director Elena & coach driver Ruie did great job with either commentary, shepherding, safely driving & handling our luggage.
