Trip: Bonnie, my wife has always wanted to go see Switzerland, not sure why, but happy we were able to take her to see and we both enjoyed our trip

Service: Very well organized and laid out trip managed to the minute by Sara T and Michael the bus driver, seemed to have the right amount of "everything", enough free or personal time.

  • 17 September, 2018

Trip: A couple of long days on the tour bus.

Service: The cities and towns we visited were great for tourists, Zermatt and Lucerne were my favorite because of the extend stay and chance to explore. The weather for the entire time was gorgeous. Our tour guide (Sara) was fabulous, knowledgeable with a pleasant personality.

Trip: Just perfect itinerary. I wished if they could have added Bern and Interlaken with this itinerary.

Service: This was our first tour with Insight Tours. Our tour director Sara and coach driver Michael were wonderful. Sara was very knowledgeable, caring and organized. We did not have to worry about any arrangements because Sara did take care of every details. Most of the time our room assignments were already done before we reached there and Sara just handed us the keys to our room. I will recommend other to take this tour and hope that you also get Sara as your director.

Trip: We were very pleased with Insight Vacations and would definitely recommend them to others planning a vacation. We would like to use them again. Hotels were very nice and locations excellent.

Service: They took care of our luggage as we moved from place to place. The transportation by coach and train was wonderful and we had a great tour director who was very knoledgeable and stayed with us to the very end. She went above and beyond for us when my husband got down in his back. She helped us secure a doctor in the wee hours of the morning.

Trip: Everything and more of wwhat we wanted to see was included in the itinerary. Optional tours were we thought out and well worth it

Service: Amazing organisation. Our tour director Sara Tattersall was absolutely amazing.

  • 16 September, 2018

Trip: In 9 days, we saw a very complete route. We weren't rushed, but the pace allowed us to see a good number of important locations.

Service: Every detail that travelers need to be concerned about was taken care of by the tour director. The hotels were top-notch, food was delicious, and the details shared by Sara Tattersall, our tour director were truly interesting and rich.

Trip: A perfect week trip. Rode both the Bernina Express and the Glacial Express trains, took cable cars in 2 different locations to see the view, ate chocolate and cheese fondues, and had some free time for shopping.

Service: Excellent attention to details. The tour director was great and made sure everyone was happy.

    Trip: Whole experience was excellent.

Service: Wonderful, Tara our tour director was awesome. We had great time. Thanks

  • 09 September, 2018

Trip: It was unfortunate that it rained the whole time we were in Lucerne but we hear from others that it is incredibly beautifull and not to be missed. The trip up to the Matterhorn was incredible and we enjoyed the brief stop in Montreux. St. Moritz was delightfull as well but I have to say that the stay in Zermatt was our favorite. Baveno was nice as well so I have to say we liked all the itinerary.

Service: the host and driver were very good. This was our first bus tour and will be our last. In a country mostly landlocked such as Switzerland it is the only way other than driving your self to see the country side. We found the rigid times for departure and eating not to our liking but being able to see the sights and tour the highlights was wonderfull.

  • 09 September, 2018

Trip: The itinerary was just right for us. We did come in a day early and enjoyed exploring Geneva on our own prior to the beginning of the tour

Service: Love the trip more than we had expected. We have been on several guided tours and this is one of our all time favorites. Martin was knowledgeable, interesting, patient, fun and he spoiled us with special treats. We’d love to go on another trip with him.

  • 07 September, 2018

Trip: The hotels were very nice, our coach was very comfortable and the scenery in Switzerland is amazing! Truly "Glorious."

Service: Our guide was very responsive, even when we missed our connection to arrive a day early, she handled contacting the hotel and Insight headquarters that we were coming in on the actual day our tour began. (Thank goodness we had that day planned in...Disappointing that we didn't have it to explore Geneva a bit more... but that's what happens.)
