Trip: Northern Capitals and Russia was a unique experience.

Service: Great experience with an excellent bilingual tour director, Anna, worked tirelessly to ensure that we had an enjoyable experience. Great local experts who were qualified historians and could explain the culture and history of each location. Overall quality of the hotels was 5 stars except Helsinki and Copenhagen which we would only rate as 3 star. Bus and Driver, Vernon, were excellent and extra seating space made a real difference. Multiple modes of transport from Bus to Ferry to High Speed train all worked seamlessly.

Trip: We saw so much of this area with mostly great local guides

Service: Our tour guide Greg Colgin made the trip very enjoyable, he took care of any issues happily and was so positive and easy to get on with , I would recommend insight to other people. The only thing that could be improved is stating the travel times in some of the trips from different locations, you think you have longer is a place but sometimes don’t have the time you thought

  • 08 September, 2018

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: It was well thought out and was of the correct length. I believe a number of the " optional " programs should be included in the full program even if you need to adjust the overall price. The places visited are intregral to enjoying the experience. The travel director telling us these were " must do " activities proves my point I think. The hard sell of optional programs is not good for the Insight Vacations long term name I believe.

Service: The tour was well organised and provided a good general overview of the selected cities. Accommodation was generally up to my expectation.

Service: Fantastic experience with the best Tour Director we have ever had (Greg Colgin) and a very professional driver in Johan. Schedule was tight but all went smoothly. Maybe skip Belarus in future as 60 Euro each for visa was a bit much for a one day stop in Minsk- nothing much to see there.
