Trip: The photo won’t load?! I’d like to post a picture but it’s not letting me.
Service: Our tour guide was amazing. Patrick was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our bus driver was also top notch. We traveled to many sites and cities. We could have never seen on our own. I would love insight to have something exclusively for people in their 40’s because we were the “kids”’on the tour. But, we have a lovely time.

Trip: Loved the whole of the Spain trip. So much to see. The trip to Portugal was really very long & quite tiring. That is really the only downside maybe an extra day? We had the most fabulous guide in Lola. Fun & Exciting & really got to know us all. You couldn’t help But have fun & enjoy the trip with her. Go Lola we all loved you ❤️
Service: Prompt departures, really nice hotels with included breakfasts. Great coaches, more leg room plus personal USB points. This is so important since the phone runs down quickly when taking lots of photos & videos. Coach trips are no longer than 2 hrs. Great drivers too.

Trip: Accommodation in Madrid was too far from the city centre and where many sites are located as well as where the local action and shopping centres are also located. Day 6 - preference would have been to spend more time exploring Lisbon city.
Service: Extremely good. Both the bus driver and the tour Director provided excellent service and if there were any problems with either accommodation, meals or personal issues these were dealt with immediately and resolved. Both were always happy and the tour Director was very knowledgeable of countryside, towns, cities and overall history/geography.

Trip: A comprehensive tour highlighting the areas we wanted to see.
Service: we had an excellent travel guide in Tania Mather, we was easy to understand, outlined everything well, was eternally polite and always referred to us as Ladies & Gentlemen...(none of that slang "Guys...")

Trip: Great cities visited and experiences in each place were great.
Service: Tour Director, Lola, worked very hard to make sure all details were taken care of and everyone had a good time. Places visited were great and the extra opportunities were well planned.

Trip: Overall, the tour was very good. The single night stays make it difficult to really experience very much of a place, but that is to be expected on a 8 day tour that covers so many sites. We flew in some days earlier, which gave us time to see more of Madrid, Toledo and Segovia which is not included in the itinerary.
Service: Our tour director Lola was absolutely fantastic - her enthusiasm and knowledge of her country made us love Spain (and Portugal) too. Nuno, the driver was amazing in his ability to maneuver the narrow streets and was always there on time to pick us up. Most of our fellow travelers were multiple repeat Insight Vacations customers. Some as many as 8-9 times. That alone is a solid recommendation for this tour comany.

Trip: The itinerary is packed with so much to do. We did all of the offered optional experiences. Each local expert was exceptional and showed so much passion about their subject.
Service: The tour truly was amazing! Everything was so well organized and ran seamlessly. Our tour director Lola made everything just that much more special. The hotels were great as was the included food. Lola always went out of her way to ensure that my dietary restrictions were adhered too. If you are considering a coach tour, I would highly recommend Insight!
