Trip: It's good experiences although the palace visiting is not appealing because most of the palace are the same! You see one you see them all sort of thing.
Service: Organisation, good choose of Travel Director whose experience in history of the region is most importance also he or she is approachable

Trip: good balance of travel, down time, and sight seeing.
Service: This experience was way beyond what we previously experienced with other companies. The big difference was the tour director Dom. His organizational skills, knowledge of both the history, and details of things like restaurants, hotels, etc, was exceptional. If all the tour directors are of this caliber we would defineltly do another tour with insight.

Trip: Missed seeing Alcazar again
Service: Hotels were mostly excellent. I just needed more time in them to recover from the day's excursions. Afternoons felt too rushed, from checkin to next activity.

Trip: Just did, good travel director and bus driver...too much time in the bus, not enough time at locations. Would likely not travel again in a large area, but for smaller locations, i.e. EK, etc, would be happy to use again.
Service: More than likely not for a trip covering this much mileage. Too much time on the bus. Rushed to see the sights we came to see.

Trip: Nice countries to visit. So many fascinating cities to see especially in Spain. A good combination for Iberian trips.
Service: Insight Vacations did an outstanding job in organizing our trip to Spain and Portugal. Our tour director Angela and driver Hernani are the best!

Trip: Angela was an excellent tour guide. Very professional, always calm, took care of every detail. This was not our first trip with Insight so we knew what to expect regarding the bus transportation. This time our bus was brand new! More than enough leg room, comfortable seats, internet, and storage over head. Our driver did an amazing job! There were a couple of really tight spots and he drove the bus expertly. There was a lot of riding time as Spain is a big country. All the hotels were nice. Only complaint - hotel in the Seville location - internet did not reach our floor. In this day and age that should not happen. The Flamenco show was nice to watch as the performers were very good. The food and wine however, was poor, the absolute worst dinner meal we had on the trip. Several of went to the bar in the hotel and ordered tapas we were so hungry. We saw some incredible places on our trip. If someone wanted to go to Spain, I would recommend a more lengthly tour to allow longer stays in some of those towns - Salamanca for example.
Service: The only reason I did not give a 5 star is our address was incorrect. We had moved earlier in the year. I had updated our profile in plenty of time but the error still existed. Other than that one small item, we did enjoy our trip.

Trip: Loved all of our stops! Every place was lovely! Just wish we could have spent more time in Salamanca and Seville!
Service: From start to finish this was a great trip. One of the most important parts is the tour director, they really make the trip. Our tour director on this trip was Betty, and she was never frazzled, wonderful to talk to, knowledgeable, and always was professional and knew what to say and do. Thanks Betty! Along with Betty, we loved our bus driver Hernani. He was so caring, professional, and never stopped smiling. The staff we used to book the trip over the phone were also very nice and helpful and made the process quick and easy to book our trip and flight. Thanks to everyone!

Trip: Liked all the stops. My opinion is that the Damascene (sp) stop in Toledo and the Jambon stop in eastern Spain were the least interesting.
Service: Good responsiveness, seamless handoffs when my primary rep was not available. All paper work was correct.
