Trip: Saw more of the USA in 3 weeks than many American citizens.
Service: Hotels very good; Itinerary very good; "Army sergeant major" Randy *personal information removed by Feefo* very knowledgeable & professional..... Insight is the best of any coach tours I have done..... far better than Trafalgar who pack you into their coaches like sheep. Yes would definitely recommend Insight. I am a videographer and had sufficient opportunity to film my documentary in 4K. All travelers aboard will receive the production when finished.
22 October, 2018
Trip: Got to see so many of the things I'd grown up seeing on TV and in magazines up close and personal.
Service: always there when neded
22 October, 2018
Trip: To much driving. Not that much of sight seeing
Service: I've done six or seven trips with them. The last one was very busy on driving and not so much for the sight seeing.
16 October, 2018
Trip: We just thought that it covered America Route 66! A couple more 2 nighters would be easier on travelers but realistically where and how? I would have liked to see some car collections/museums ie Corvette Museum.
Service: The concept of traveling from Coast to Coast across America is daunting but exciting. To make such a Journey a success you need a good Tour Director and a good Driver with a comfortable Coach. Our Tour Director was an expert on America, proud of the USA and a great commentator on all that we saw and experienced. He also gave great advice about American cuisine and how to enjoy it. He looked after us all like a family, not once were we in any doubt about anything. A couple of problems that occurred were dealt with in a professional and fair minded way. The driver was a very capable, skilled professional, never doing anything during the journey that worried anyone. His manoevering skills in tight spots or traffic are uncanny! The Coach itself was very comfortable, plenty of legroom, ambient temps kept right. In travel audio visual presentations of a good standard.

Trip: The itinerary as a whole was good but with a little bit of rethinking allow time in Santa Fe as we arrived Sunday travelling from L>A to New York maybe travelling the other way from New York to LA it gives just that little bit of extra time
Service: Our guide and driver were exceptional very experienced even when a few problems arose he handled them with finesse his knowledge made the tour very interesting and our driver was always able to find a way round traffic jams often if time allowed we visited extra spots not on our itinerary which I think should be included on this tour eg. Painted Desert to name one and more time in Santa Fe

Service: Great Tour Director. Other guests were great to travel with. Accommodation was very good and coach driver was excellent.
08 October, 2018
Trip: Already mentioned it above
Service: The overall vacation was very good. The tour Director had great knowledge & the Accommodation was very good.We did not like the accommodation in Las Vegas,Grand Canyon or Atlanta. We got stuck in the elevator in the Atlanta Hotel for 35 minutes with poor air supply & did not get an apology from anyone. We would delete the rock lecture in Grand Canyon-the best thing about it was the champagne. We would also delete the Tobacco Farm Museum.
05 October, 2018
Trip: Some experiences were definitely better than others. Farmers market in L.A. disappointing
Service: We loved the trip and both the tour director and driver were excellent. However our coach broke down twice which was a bit concerning. Once Yes, but twice was a bit much and made us uneasy in case it happened a 3rd time.
01 October, 2018
Trip: See former comment, and itinerary was as varied as could be when travelling long distances with "same" scenery.
Service: Your Tour Director was/is superb, and apart from you people having us staying at lovely places she made sure everything was fully organised and ran like clockwork - apart from 3 episodes of no air conditioning on the coach, but that was not anything she could have controlled and I am sure she reported back so the coach company got told!!
19 September, 2018
Trip: Saw a lot of the country interesting a beautiful places.
Service: Hotels accommodation was very good
17 September, 2018
Trip: We travelled a very long way in comfort and saw and learnt an amazing amount
Service: Ann Harness was an excellent tour director in that her advise and instruction was precise and very helpful. She certainly had done her research and often told us great stories about places. She showed us videos and played music pertaining to the areas that we were travelling through. I have travelled with Insight before and she is the best director that I have experienced. However, I did not give 5 stars because we were given wrong directions as to where we were to catch our shuttle bus to the airport on the last day in New York. Consequently we had to hire a taxi because we found ourselves running late.
17 September, 2018
Trip: The places chosen for the tour were not only iconic, but also interesting. Some short stops however could be waivered in order to spend more time at the nightly destination. A vote by passengers might have been a better option.
Service: Insight had everything covered, from a fantastic guide and bus driver, right down to top quality accommodation. On booking we were kept up-to-date with itinerary and travel information. The real bonus was when we met our guide Ann, who gave 150% of herself. Her knowledge and genuine interest in her guests was amazing. Our bus driver Jamie, was skilled and provided her passengers with a comfy ride. We had two glitches with our bus, but our guide, driver and Insight were right onto it, ensuring minimal distruption.
