    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: We saw as much of England, Scotland and Wales as possible in 10 short days.

Service: Everything on the trip went very smoothly. The best part of the trip was our tour director, Tom Doyle. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, attentive to every detail, interested in every person on the trip. We have never had a tour director so good at every part of his job. Bravo! We would love to do more tours with him. In addition, we loved the Christmas time tour and would like to do more at that time of year.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: Very thorough and very enjoyable. We saw so much but still had time to sit back and relax.

Service: Our tour director Michelle Worthington and driver Arthur Davison were excellent. Michelle went out of her way to make our trip seamless with her efficiency, friendly personality and we felt well looked after. She was very knowledgable, her flourishes were many and excellent and very well thought out for different places we visited. She made travelling stress free. Arthur was a true English gentleman, he kept the coach immaculate, and had a lovely personality when he interacted with all of us. Well done Michelle and Arthur you made our trip very memorable and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: Brilliant itinerary except for limited amount of time in Glasgow and Cardiff, saw nothing at all of Glasgow apart from hotel and only castle in Cardiff. Time of year meant it was dark early which didn’t help.

Service: Michelle our tour director was an absolute star, couldn’t rate her high enough

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

    Trip: Itinerary was generally good.

Service: Itinerary and service were generally good. However, there are too many optional tour items and customers have to fork out more payments, adding up to higher cost for the entire tour.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:
