Trip: great overview of the country

    Service: well organized

  • 22 April, 2019

Trip: Excellent tour.

Trip: Overall nice itinerary, nice clean hotels with good service, good food, comfortable transportation, excellent sightseeing of several cities, beautiful Atlas mountains, sand dunes, cave and tent dwellers, beautiful shoreline and countryside. Tour Director Hassan was excellent, well organized, very knowledgeable and accommodative. Highly recommended but make sure transportation pick up on arrival has been updated before departure. Trip would be 5 star except the preventable transport problem we encountered.

Service: We had booked our own flights to Morocco and unfortunately Insight Vacations did not contact us prior to departure regarding our flight schedule. Thus we had to anxiously wait at Casa Blanca airport for over 2 hours for transportation service which had been prepaid. We were able to contact our tour director through some local assistance. He had our names but no information about our flights schedule. However he was nice enough to arrange quickly our transportation to the hotel. In order to prevent this very inconvenient occurrence in the future it is highly recommended that prior to commencement of trip Insight Vacations should verify, contact, and update the flight itinerary of all those travelers who do not use their flight service but book their own flights and provide this updated list to the local tour director.

Trip: Very authentic and genuine experience. Our tour director Mohammed, was knowledge and passionate about his country. The bus tour was hard and long, but he made it fun. Well done insight and Mohammed. Would definitely organize another tour in the future!

Service: thanks insight for planning an awesome Tour!

  • 09 April, 2019

Trip: Loved all the hotels, very beautiful, clean and pleasant. My favorite was the Medina in Fez,Marakech and Essouria. The Goat tree and the Moroccan dinner dates(there were 2) were also memorable. It's a good thing we did not have much free time in the beginning during our shopping period. I could barely carry what I purchased home.

Service: Overall, the entire trip was very enjoyable. All the hotels were very accommodating and if there was a problem with anything,it was addressed and resolved.

  • 08 April, 2019

Trip: Well thought out journey. Am very pleased I went.

Service: Excellent guide, who went out of his way to show us places not on the official tour. Tour was educational and well worth while. However, some of the buffet meals were below your standard.

  • 02 April, 2019

Trip: Would love to have seen Tangier.

Service: Couldn’t have seen so much of Morocco without Mohammad and Insight.

  • 01 April, 2019

Trip: Fully packed. Good sample of all of Morocco.

Service: Planning the vacation and easy and the tour, for the most part, went as planned. However, given the amount of time spent on the bus, there should have been more time between destinations (thereby a longer duration) or fewer destinations. I still gave 5 stars because it was throughly enjoyable and informative - just little down time.

Trip: Casablanca hotel was in a terrible position

Service: Bus luggage space was unacceptable, breakfast was unacceptable

  • 18 March, 2019

Trip: Covers the most important points and cities I wanted to visit

    Service: Reduce shopping time

  • 18 March, 2019

Trip: We went to Chefchouen on our own after and wish it had been included. The other stops were good.

Service: The trip was well organized. We enjoyed the itinerary. We didn’t enjoy visiting all the expensive high pressure stores like leather, herbs, etc. We liked the other travellers. We learned a lot from our guide.

  • 18 March, 2019

Trip: It is inclusive itinerary. It allows us to see many places in Morocco and experience the culture and food.

Service: The itinerary for best of Morocco is inclusive. We had an opportunity to see many places and to experience the culture and food in Morrocco. Wish we could have spent an extra day in Essauoira to rest a bit before we headed back to Casablanca to depart. Our tour director is very knowledgeable and very passionate about his country. Unfortunately, he seems to be easily provoked by delinquent travellers and acts arrogantly. I am a bit surprised that he did not know which travellers have prepaid gratuity. From my previous experience on another Insight Tours, the tour director received a list of prepaid travellers in advance. The driver is very skillful. He maneuvered through the Atlas Mountain on a rainy day with poor visibility at ease! Beside a few difficult travellers have tarnished our trip a bit. Nonetheless, it was a great tour!
