    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: Very good tour through these two countries.

Service: We so enjoyed our tour through Spain and Portugal, which was definitely enhanced by having a great tour director, Toni Aguilar. All of the accommodations were excellent, though the hotel in Seville could have been better located closer to the old town. It also had very poor Wifi and no A/C. One recommendation is to reconsider two days on Costa de Sol after October 1. The weather is not conducive to being on the beach. I would suggest an extra day in Granada. We had little if any time to see the town, given the time to go to the Alhambra.

Service: We used AAA and the agent, Heidi Massey was extremely accomodating. She went out of her way to for all aspects of booking this trip, including air and insurance.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: Nice blend of rural and cit experiences. Flamingo dinner definitely not worth the effort. Food, wine and service were just ok.

Service: Most daily itineraries were excellent. The dine with the locals was a very good experience. Knowledgeable guide. I guess airport transfers would be customer service. Would have to give one star for that. Directions to the meeting point were vague. We were near the meeting point at the appointed time and joined by 8 other guests a few minutes later. No Insight rep in sight. Had to take a cab into Madrid to avoid a wasteful 2 hours in the airport.
