Trip: We went to small town in Northern Italy that I did not know about. All of them were beautiful and quaint. We spent the right amount of time in each town. I do wish we spent a little more time in Milan
Service: They got back to me quickly and answered all my questions.

Trip: The pace was a bit faster than I expected. More multi-day stops would have been preferable. Being able to unpack and relax in mornings would have made for a more pleasant trip.
Service: Communication and documentation was clear and concise and arrived on time. Our tour director and driver were both excellent...professional and knowledgeable.

Trip: Every day was a new exciting adventure.
Service: Exceeded our expectations! From the tour guide Loraina, driver, bus, tours, five star hotels and the delicious food it was fabulous. The only thing that was bothersome, I felt some of the excursions should have been included with the price. Other then that the tour was perfect.

Trip: We visited the places we wanted to visit, but would have liked more red wine and cheese tasting. We did not go on too many country roads!
Service: Excellent coach. Helpful tour director. Good co-ordination of site visits. Good hotels. Poor choice of restaurant for group meals on 2 occasions. More comments from the tour director on Italian history and culture rather than watching a movie. Wee structured relief

Trip: The only things I have to complain about is the meals that were included. Nasty. The hotel room in Venice was way out of the way of all the attractions.
