Trip: Great itinerary and an awesome, educational and touching experience. Many great highlights to take away with us. However, for those who chose to do all optional extras they missed out on relaxed starts as there were some real early starts which made for long tiring days. Some of the driving days were too long with insufficient break times. While there were some breaks that were time wasting, time management could have been handled better in parts.
Service: Efficient team who handled our late booking in a timely manner. Good customer service. Would recommend Insight Tours. Our group consisted of quite a number of time wasting slow individuals. Some guests felt the pace of the tour especially the walking parts were geared towards the slow guests which made it frustrating for the rest of the group. Rather then hurrying the guests that were slow and time wasting along during our walks, other guests were often asked to slow down to wait for them.

Trip: I'Ve already done so in the previous question.
Service: Everything was well organised and executed. The itinerary provided new and wonderful experiences. Accommodation was great.

Trip: Wonderful experiences.. each day brought unique ones.
Service: Extremely well organised and operated... top excursions. I would definitely recommend Insight to others

Trip: Please refer to above comment.
Service: A well thought out itinerary, however, I think that the visit to Montenegro should have been included, not an optional extra.

Trip: as above.things could always be better.
Service: our tour guide was on top of her job the only area that at times was not clear was where we sat each day, due to the bus being changed halfway through the trip. also on one night we were assigned a room on the smokers floor near the lift. floor six. how i dont know. luck of the draw!1. after one night we were moved to another floor smoke free. we didnt do an insight tour to end up in a smokers room . this was in sariavo a smoke filled hotel that did not allow alcohol consumption. ( good choice ) also why we went to the lakes in the busy part of the day where it was all single file and not at all relaxing needs to be changed.talk about overcrowding. there was a few optional tours that should have been part of the normal tour.
21 October, 2017
Trip: the itinerary was fine but I thought the optional tour to Montenegro on the final day should have been an inclusion.
Service: The places visited were fantastic, the guide and driver were excellent and the group we toured with was very sociable.

Trip: Best tour we have been on. We saw many interesting places, met many fascinating people and enjoyed many new and diverse experiences.
Service: We were very impressed with our tour director; really, she was a big part of our sastisfaction. And, we really liked the itinerary - most hotels were also pretty good. Oh, and the bus driver was also a gem.

Trip: Great cities. We enjoyed the walking tours as we arrived, so we could get our bearings The only thing that I would recommend is an extra day in Dubrovnik, as many flights departs early am.
Service: The tour was well planned, accommodations were fabulous and Sharon Tooman, our tour director, was the best.

Trip: Our guide changed the itinerary just slightly to give us more time in Dubrovnik which was very interesting. I would have liked to visit the towns Zadar and Sibenik especially as they were on the way from Plitvice Lake and omitted the trip to Sarajevo. Perhaps the islands of Hvar and Korcula would have also been a possible stop too.
Service: I have traveled twice with Insight Vacations and this year's trip was exactly what I expected. Loved every minute of it, especially seeing Dubrovnik and Kotor. Would go back again to spend more time in Trogh. Hotels were spot on for comfort and convenience. Our guide was very knowledgeable regarding the cities and areas we traveled to and the country itself. If there was one draw back it would be the flight reservations, while the flights were ok the times allowed between flights to change planes were not sufficient. And while I know that due to the tour that I originally signed up for did not go and I was rescheduled it would have been nice to go from LAX to Vienna NOT LAX to Charles De Gaul to Vienna. This was a very long day especially as there was a flight leaving from LAX to Vienna which left 5 min before my flight. Returning the flight times were short too. If not for wheelchair assist I would not have made my flights.

Trip: All stops were exciting and informative.
Service: I would recommend them
08 October, 2017
Trip: There were too many optionals and more should have been included in the price.
Service: The trip proceeded flawlessly and we got to see everything that was promised.
07 October, 2017
