Trip: I elected to go on ALL the optional tours so it wasn't quite as Easy as it could have been. I loved every minute of it! I still had quite a bit of free time to wander and explore on my own. While I was looking forward to the exploring the Imperial Capitals - which I did - I personally gained so much more insight and understanding than I expected about their recent past and how it impacted the cities; particularly WWII and the Soviet Occupation.

Service: Our guide, Sharon, was excellent. She knew the locations - which was expected - but also helped out with special requests such as ideas for unique local tours for our free time, explained the local transportation systems so we could come and go as needed, and helped with medical issues. She also made time to visit/chat as the tour progressed. A small group of us had a great chat on the bus to Prague talking about why we all liked to travel around the world. She gave us ideas for upcoming trips some of us hadn't considered. Our driver, Karoly, was so friendly and helpful. He made the trip easy, helped those of us with short legs get on and off the bus, and laughed at our not very good jokes!
