    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: Could have had more organized tours. There was a lot of free time. Hotels went down hill after the first place. The last 2 hotels were not 4.5 star. When the towels look worse than dish rags--there is a major issue. We doubt we will travel with Insight again.

Service: Customer service was good. It was odd that we kept getting asked for "cash payments" for excursions with the reason that it was for "tipping people". If cash was needed this should have been asked at the time of booking. Just found this odd.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: The tour guide and coach driver did a good job. Punctual and made good effort to drop and pick the travellers close to the destinations. Choice of Corinthia hotel at Budapest was very good. Penta hotel in Prague was awful. It pitch dark from lobby to the rooms. The corridors are painted black. The light switches are a challenge, black and unusual in design in a poorly lit room. I pity the older travellers. It must be a budget hotel.

Service: The tour guide and the coach driver diver a very job. Punctual and park the coach at very convenient spots for the travellers. The hotel in Budapest the Corinthian was very good. The choice of the Penta hotel in Prague is awful. It's painted black from the lobby to the rooms. The light switches in the room are a challenge as they are black in a dimly lit room and unconventional design.

Trip: I loved that we had 3 nights in each city but I would have loved more time organized around visiting the main attractions in each place instead of a demonstration of how to make strudel for example. Loved the Danube river cruis.

Service: We really enjoyed Brendan our tour guide that was with us for the whole trip. He waited for us st the airport and was very easy to speak to and he was flexible.
