Trip: It covered the places we wanted to visit, especially the National Parks in Utah. I actually went on one of the optional excursions with quite a few other fellow travellers; rafting on the Colorado River for 4 hours. The itinerary was well planned and proceeded at a pace that kept everything flowing smoothly. I don't think anyone ever got tired. I know we didn't.
Service: This was our first bus tour vacation. We did not know what to expect. Every aspect of the vacation exceeded our expectations immensely; from the accommodations to the food to the amazing scenery. Our tour director, Jason, is exceptional, handling even the most minute detail and explained everything in a manner that was detailed but not overbearing. Awesome job,Jason! Our driver, Kevin, is a very skilled driver as well as being a great guy. Both have a great sense of humor.
