Trip: Saw a lot. As good as Alaska trip.
Service: Great. Planning another Insight trip next year.

Trip: Canyonland tour was fine. Basically what I expected. Two free drinks of beer and wine is nothing 'special' for me since I don't drink either of these beverages. An alternative would have been nice to have had.
Service: I felt Lynn, our travel guide, was excellent. She was not only very professional - taking care of all concerns that arose on the trip in a timely and courtesy manner but was fun and presented interesting 'distractions' on the bus travel. I would highly recommend any tours she was the guide for within the agency of Insight Vacations. Her personality and friendliness to all tour members was GREAT! I would give Lynn 5-stars!!! The overall customer service is highly rated at good. Some improvements within the front office staff could be a bit more on-top-of-things. P.S. Our bus driver, Jazz, was the best driver! Service: The trip was great! We saw so many wonderful sites in a short period of time. The itinerary was well planned and accommodations were great, especially the location of our hotel at the Grand Canyon, which was on the edge of the South Rim. We were able to walk out of our hotel in the morning and watch the sunrise over the Canyon. It was awesome! Thanks for a great vacation!
