Trip: I could not have seen so many sites without an experienced tour director. I just wish we could have arrived in our lodge/resort by 2:00 pm so we could enjoy those lodges/resorts more. This could have been accomplished by shortening a lunch break or going for lunch at a restaurant that was on the way to the destination. Even our float trip (when we stayed at Lake Powell) ended with lunch in a strip mall/grocery store lot instead of going back to the resort which had wonderful food and would have more sense.
Service: My overall experience was very good. The resorts and park lodges we stayed in were exceptional. I just wish we could have arrived there a little earlier so that we could have enjoyed them a bit longer. After having a full breakfast each morning, it didn't seem necessary to go out of our way to reach a luncheon destination and spend 1 1/2 hours there and not get to our lodge/resort until late in the afternoon. We met a lot of people with other tour groups and some had said they had 2 overnights in the Grand Canyon and also in Zion. That would have been great.

Trip: Saw lots of very interesting sights. And was able to pick some other tours that were included in the trip. Just wish the clouds wouldn’t have come and I could have gone up in the hot air ballon!
Service: When they have the greeting and meeting of the group this should be in a room just with the traveling people not in and place with other hotel guest. And they same way when they have the last farewell dinner.

Trip: Can't improve on the most impressive Mother Nature
Service: Director attentive to everything. Made every passenger feel they were special. Seems like we saw everything we should, as well as could be done.

Trip: Was able to see everything as described in the itinerary. Would have been nice to have seen rainbow bridge while at Lake Powell.
Service: The customer service was great. When we checked in to our room there was a king size bed rather than two queen size beds. I brought it to the attention of the tour director and he quickly corrected the situation. Suitcases were promptly delivered to the room. The tour director kim kept everything on the time schedule... leaving and arriving.
