Trip: Overall itinerary was good. But 12 day trip actually turned out to be 10 days. Felt short changed by 2 days. I was sick at the beginning of the trip and joined at Rome. Brad accommodated my late arrival well.
Service: The trip was well organized. However there were multiple choices at the same time. Some side trips costed additional money but they were not advertised before the trip. General services of Mr. Brad Allemand was excellent

Trip: We didn't get a lot of time to spend at the major sites. When we had "free time", it was poorly used. Not enough time to go inside the basilica. Sometimes too much time to wander on your own when the venue was closed.
Service: I was able to see and experience a lot of great highlights on this tour. The tour director was excellent! There wasn't enough time to buy a prayer card in Notre Dame and too much time spent in Mont Pannes. A train ride should have been included between Lucerne and Paris. Too much time was spent in the coach. It was approximately a 7.5 hours ride.

Trip: Outstanding. There was no way we could have enjoyed so many areas of the countries we visited had we done this on our own.
Service: We received our documents in a timely manner and were able to review them with our travel agent ahead of time.

Trip: Amazing amount of ground covered in the allotted time. Leg room in the bus was fantastic. Appreciated the efforts made to get the group to major attractions before the crowds became too thick.
Service: No problems, which is saying something for such a complex endeavor. Andrew, our guide, was excellent in all respects--seeming to know all the details of the plans for each participant. Only one suggestion: This being our first tour, we assumed everyone would be starting and ending at the same time. As it turned out, we joined a group who had already been together for several days--some of whom continued beyond the time that our tour ended. There is nothing either good or bad about the situation, but in life I've learned that satisfaction comes from lining up what actually happens with what the customer expects to happen. We did not expect to find that much of the group were already familiar with each-other by the time we got there. They were great people, and after a couple of days we had decided which of our traveling companions were the best match for our interests. The suggestion is to be clear about how this tour fits in with others in your literature.
