    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: This was great.we saw so much which you would never be told about or see unless you were on a tour like this.Nathalie is so good at her job and knows so much about every district we went to.

Service: We had a great trip.Nathalie was a perfect tour director.she is great and very caring.i have been on 4insight tours and this was undoubtedly the best.everything went off perfectly A big thing Nathalie said at the beginning was for everyone not to get into the same group and they didn't. Especially when there is just a few N.Z.ers and the rest Australians. I always recommend insight to everyone.Thank you again for being such a great tour company.

Trip: I got to see and experience things I would never have If i didn't do this tour. Definaltely a discovery tour.

Service: Gary our guide was very knowledgeable and always ready to assist when er arrived at our destinations and always made sure we had enough information about the places we travelled or passed through. Our driver Andre was also an extremely competent driver, I always felt safe whilst traveling the long distances we travelled. The coach was very comfortable and always clean.

    SERVICE:

Trip: Excellent tour for seeing as many of the European tourist attractions in one go....be prepared for sensory overload!

Service: Driver (Andrea) and Tour Director (Gary Junge) were very professional and ensured the trip was well planned and everything ran smoothly, even though there were issues, we were not impacted due to their professionalism and knowledge. The bus and its amenities and leg room - what a difference that made to someone who is tall and usually spends a bus trip with their knees digging into the seat in front. Excursions overall were all very good. A couple of the food experiences could have been either left off or need reviewing as to quality of food and experience (this was an overall sentiment with the tour group). Yes we would travel with Insights again and recommend them as a company.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: This was our first taste of Europe and our first group tour. We loved how much we were able to see in a short amount of time. The places visited were all points of interest and the optional extras were awesome, each having a different flair which allowed us to experience things that we would not normally have experienced if we travelled on our own. In many cases they were unique which added a bonus and highlight to our trip. Whilst we would have liked a little more downtime for ourselves, we realise now that there was just not enough time to do this unless we sacrificed an experience or two. We cant have our cake and eat it too ;)

Service: Gary constantly had the tour groups interests at heart. He always went out of his way to ensure we were getting the best experience and having the best time. He was very thoughtful of the groups interests once he knew of them and often went the extra mile i.e. walking people to a particular shop they wanted to visit, providing maps with good directions on them, ensuring those of us who did not take up an optional extra were not forgotten and providing us with helpful information or suggestions for us to get the most out of our holiday. He was very professional, always had a smile, courteous and insightful - always several steps ahead of us. Andrea was so cheerful, he always greeted us with a 'Bonjourno'. Nothing was too much trouble for him and like Gary he was very professional and caring. Together they worked well as a team and ensured everything went seamlessly and hassle free for the group. They are both assets to your company. We are embarking on another Insight Tour in a few days time in America and all we can say is the Tour Guide and Coach Driver have some big shoes to fill ;)

Trip: Very good diversity, the itinerary covered some of the very best sights and experiences in Europe

Service: Tour intinary was very good. Tour director was excellent (Steve Fowler), his input was invaluable, his knowledge and experience had a big impact on the success of our tour. The standard of coach, coach driver, and quality of hotels were all of a high standard. And most of all, the excursions were of very good quality, avoided big queues, and involved very good guides. The quality dinners provided for great socialisation amongst the tour group. The smaller country town stays were highly valuable, a good break from the big cities, Tuscany was a very good experience. Overall, would highly recommend Insight to others

    SERVICE:

Trip: Our 26 day tour of Europe with Steve Fowler as our guide worked like clock work. The organisation of each place was top notch. Variation of experiences was wonderful.

Service: Our tour guide Steve Fowler was the 5 Star. His knowledge and history of each destination was amazing. He always went ahead and showed us where the bathrooms were and helped us with buying in foreign currency. Steve taught us some essential words in the language of the foreign countries. He was always willing to help in any way.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: Covered the high points of Europe - albeit at speed. The optional extras were usually great and enhanced the experience.

Service: Insight gave us quick access to many high-points that would have taken us significantly longer to explore on our own. Having help with language along the way was a bonus. Additionally we found the local experts to be really insightful and able to provide clear glimpses of their own worlds and culture.
