Trip: I found the scenery great and as a result we have some very memorable photographs. It was an experience that we could relate the scenery/buildings to history lessons we were presented whilst growing up.
Service: I was amazed by our tour director's (Steve Fowler) ease by which he solved any problems encountered by the tour group, his knowledge of the areas we visited, his ability to speak several languages - all added to the enjoyment of the tour. The food and accommodation was first class. The coach ride was very smooth and the drivers were quite skilled and gave us a smooth safe journey. All told we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Trip: Richard was an excellent tour director, always giving us information about our travels and making it exciting to visit the next stop. The pace was great and we made the most of every day! We would’ve NEVER seen as much on our own, plus the restaurants were very good, including the food and entertainment. We also didn’t expect to make such good friends and travel mates, they also made the trip memorable. I think the only improvement could be the WiFi on the bus, it didn’t work for me most of the time. Overall, 5 stars because this is one of the most impressive experiences of our lives.
Service: They fully answered all my questions.
18 October, 2018
Trip: Gret over view of this part of Europe
Service: Excellent organization.
12 October, 2018
Trip: Hotels well placed (except one in Tuscany, poor bus driver, but handled the roads with such skill) Great variety of countries visited. Saw so many wonderful places and well explained history of each visited. Great to have something organised each day.
Service: First time with Insight Vacations. Had fantastic experience. Very well organised tour. Each day we were given excellent commentary of the town or city we were in. Whether it be from Natalie our Tour Director or the local guides that were organised. Accommodation was mostly of a very good standard, although would've have preferred to have coffee and tea making facilities in each one. Locality of Hotels were very good and great to see a diverse selection. Have recommended and already talked to friends and acquaintenaces on how well our trip went. Excellent and very skilled bus driver also.
04 October, 2018
Trip: The tour provided the exposure to a variety of countries and highlights we sought.
Service: The tour director, Nathalie, and driver, Maurizio, ensured we were able to make the most of every experience on offer. They were friendly, thorough and considerate. They performed their duties, including those behind the scenes, catering for the individual needs of the passengers in a professional way.
24 September, 2018
Trip: I thought the tour covered different things and had lots of options.
Service: I thought our tour guide was excellent with a very good knowledge of all the places we went through.
23 September, 2018
Trip: When you read through the itinerary - on paper it looks fantastic, however it is so full that when we got to some of the destinations it was in the evening around 7pm (or later) then you would do a walking tour for about an hour, then by the time you had dinner it was 9pm. We would then be up early the next morning and heading to another destination. This meant there was no free time. Sometimes it was just to much and exhausting.
Service: On our tour our TG was Nathalie Verbeeten and our driver was Mauritzio. Both were excellent and did what ever they could to ensure that all guests on the tour were looked after and their needs were met. Both very accommodating.
22 September, 2018
Trip: Went to all the locations I wanted to see
Service: The country roads of Scotland was pure perfection! Our TD Siobhan was bursting with knowledge and was full of fun facts.
20 September, 2018
Trip: This was great.we saw so much which you would never be told about or see unless you were on a tour like this.Nathalie is so good at her job and knows so much about every district we went to.
Service: We had a great trip.Nathalie was a perfect tour director.she is great and very caring.i have been on 4insight tours and this was undoubtedly the best.everything went off perfectly A big thing Nathalie said at the beginning was for everyone not to get into the same group and they didn't. Especially when there is just a few N.Z.ers and the rest Australians. I always recommend insight to everyone.Thank you again for being such a great tour company.
16 September, 2018
Trip: I got to see and experience things I would never have If i didn't do this tour. Definaltely a discovery tour.
Service: Gary our guide was very knowledgeable and always ready to assist when er arrived at our destinations and always made sure we had enough information about the places we travelled or passed through. Our driver Andre was also an extremely competent driver, I always felt safe whilst traveling the long distances we travelled. The coach was very comfortable and always clean.
13 September, 2018
Trip: Excellent tour for seeing as many of the European tourist attractions in one go....be prepared for sensory overload!
Service: Driver (Andrea) and Tour Director (Gary Junge) were very professional and ensured the trip was well planned and everything ran smoothly, even though there were issues, we were not impacted due to their professionalism and knowledge. The bus and its amenities and leg room - what a difference that made to someone who is tall and usually spends a bus trip with their knees digging into the seat in front. Excursions overall were all very good. A couple of the food experiences could have been either left off or need reviewing as to quality of food and experience (this was an overall sentiment with the tour group). Yes we would travel with Insights again and recommend them as a company.
05 September, 2018
