Trip: The itenerary working made it seem like we had more time in places than we really did. Residenz was legit just a 5 min pic place. Things timed too closely since border hang up led to only 12 hours in Budapest eliminating any time to walk around in main city. Walking tours are amazing
Service: Great guidance and always checking in with our special needs was great

Trip: The whole reason I wanted to go at this time of the year was to see the tulips in Amsterdam. We didn't arrive until 4:30 (I thought we were supposed to arrive at 2). It was cold & rainy. There was no time to go see the tulips even in the rain. We had a short time to walk down the street from the hotel and that was it. More time in Amsterdam would have been nice. The rest was fine. Carlo, the bus driver was very efficient and Brooke, the tour guide, was pleasant and knowledgeable. The driver who picked us up (TriStar) was on the phone and had his card down so we couldn't see our names. We asked another TriStar person who had her card up how we could find him. She directed us to the courtesy desk and told her our name and we couldn't find our driver. She ran around the desk and talked to the man on the phone. He said he had been waiting for 2 hrs and was about to leave. We told him (there were 3 of us) that the plane landed on time and we were in Customs line for a long while. Then, he quickly walked thru the airport to the car as we tried to keep up, pulling our luggage. We weren't impressed with him.
Service: Jennifer Jones, from Triple A, was wonderful in responding to my e-mails and questions. I couldn't get on Insights website to update my personal info and "contact Us" on the site didn't respond. Jennifer updated my info for me and told me you were still working the "bugs" out of the system. So, Customer Service, is really for Jennifer. Insight never responded.
