Trip: The only thing that would have been better was starting ‘farther east’, so we didn’t have one night in the first two stops. But getting to Prague, Budapest, and Vienna in less than a week (after Amsterdam and Germany) was still well planned and truly enjoyable.
Service: Overall process of booking, arriving, and journey were superlative. The team from Insight made the vacation painless and therefore memorable.

Trip: I wish I knew that there was an option to start earlier in London or to stay longer on the back end. I don't think that was very clear from the website as it was listed as different tours... I loved the places we went but I would have liked to stay 2 days in each city to get to see and do more
Service: Brad went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. He wanted us to give him feedback to ensure that our needs were met and they were. Great trip

Trip: Would like to have spent more than one night in Budapest and didn't get to see too much of Germany either as only one night. Otherwise itinerary was good.
Service: Very good - we could sit back, relax and know that everything was taken care of for us on our holiday. Very well organised tour and our tour guide was great. I would (and have already!) recommended Insight Vacations to friends and family

Trip: I chose this particular tour because of the variety of countries we visited. There was a lot of traveling involved in this tour but that was because we visited so many different countries. It gave you a taste of many places which is good because you can decide if you would like to go there again if you absolutely loved it and want to see more. The only place on our itinerary that I had previously visited was Venice and I was so happy to go there again. Rothenburg was a gorgeous little village in Germany that I would have loved the opportunity to explore further, so one day I will visit again. Budapest was one of my favourites and I would have liked to have stayed more than one night. I loved that it had no high rise buildings above the height of the old architecture which they are keeping restored. And of course the delicious private home cooked meal with gorgeous Marte and her husband. They were very warm and inviting and I will never forget her standing outside waving goodbye. So many beautiful cities and memories.
Service: This was my third tour with Insight Vacations and I recommend them to everyone. Even before we left they communicated information and answered questions promptly. I did my fourth tour directly after this one. Our tour director Laurent Chauvin was so well informed, his knowledge of the history of every place we visited was exceptional and interesting and he handled any little glitch with professionalism and ease. Any mishap is all part of the adventure is the way I see things. He had a great sense of humour and can speak numerous languages, our group had so much fun. Our bus driver Maria was an excellent driver, she was lovely and kept water supplies on hand so we never went thirsty. I love having our bags delivered to our rooms and collected again on departure so that we never have to lug our bags around. We visited some stunning countries, got to experience the culture, the food and learn the history, not only from our guide but from local guides as well. One of the highlights for me was a home cooked meal from a gorgeous Hungarian local who welcomed our group so warmly into her home and the cruise down the Danube in Budapest. Being in Venice again was delightful and this time I took the opportunity to visit the Burano, the island of lace. The Hotels we stayed in were stunning and a particular restaurant we dined at was extremely interesting, we were welcomed with the red carpet, the staff waving flags and the entire rooms and walls were adorned with photos and ornaments. Overall there is just too much to tell. I have made friends with beautiful people from all over the world. I will stick with Insight Vacations as I know they are a reliable company and you travel in style and comfort. I am already thinking of my next tour with them.
