Trip: We saw the highlights in each Country. Of course there are individual preferences as to how long to stay in each location. My only complaint is that one of the restaurants had a host who was touching all the blond women on our tour and on the way out wanted to smack the women on the butt. Even if every country hasn't evolved with the MeToo Movement, not a good place for those traveling from various locations.
Service: The tour director, Betty Griffith, had boundless energy as did the local experts who were right in place wherever our coach bus arrived.

Trip: A lot of information but does what it is designed to, you want to come back and see more with a better knowledge of where you want to go and what you want to see.
Service: Everything was great and the whole trip was run extremely smoothly

Trip: Got to spend a little time in so many places. Great taste to see what you would like to come back and explore in the future.

Trip: Not enough time in Florence, bus ride to Paris from Lucerne (driver Giuseppe was incredible) too long. I was not expecting a bus ride. Also not enough time in Paris (having spent 8hrs on a bus) Eiffel Tower should be included when visiting Paris. Natalie our guide was extremely kind, informative and did her very best in the most crazy circumstances.
Service: Would have liked a detailed itinerary sent to me in advance. Our tour guide Natalie was amazing and it is not up to her to have sent us this information.

Trip: Would like more time in Lucerne. Did not like hotel in Florence.
Service: Yes would recommend. Very personable, fun, talented.

Trip: The tour was very tightly scheduled due to concerns for crowed tourist attractions. A "leisure" day in the middle of the tour, at any of the cities that we visited, with optional tours if necessary, would provide some relief from feeling rushed all the time.
Service: The Flavors of Europe was a whirlwind tour of Rome, Florence, Lucerne (Switzerland), and Paris with knowledgeable tour director and local guides. We certainly saw many "must-see" tourist sights and scenes, as well as sampled "must-try" local cuisines. Optional tours to some less crowded but interesting local sights were also great additions. Tight on-time schedules avoided most but not all of the crowds.

Trip: It was a good itinerary but didn’t allow enough time in each city. Florence and Cunque Terre were too short!
Service: Insight Vacations provided a seamless trip that allowed us as tourists to not sweat the little things and just soak in the sights. I would recommend them to anyone traveling who isn’t comfortable figuring out how to get place to place. Brendan and Giuseppe worked extremely well together and made this trip the 5 star trip it was!

Trip: Beautiful locations, loved meeting local people if the regions visited!
Service: Excellent tour guide and local tour experts, driver was exceptional! Well organized and fun group of people on the tour! All hotels were great & food was delicious at every place we ate! Every country we visited was beautiful and loved meeting local people! Loved visiting the farm in Lucerne, Switzerland, and cable ride to Mt. Stanserhorn, stunning scenery!

Trip: We saw a lot in a short time & the director was amazing about keeping us on schedule!
Service: Our guide was enthusiastic and entertaining. The bus & driver were great! We think in some areas Insight dropped the ball. One hotel was poor (Rome)! We would never have stayed on our own. One was marginal. We received only one Insight tote & should have received two. The flourishes were so minimal that it would have been classier to omit. Also, many travelers are not Beer or wine drinkers, so it would have been nice to have one cocktail in place of 2 wines along the way to make all feel included.

Trip: Went to places we would not have thought of on our own.
Service: Interesting tour. I would recommend them.
