Trip: See previous comments earlier in this feedback
Service: The scenery was excellent as was the accomodation. However, suggest that Lucerne accomodation is discussed with the hotel management as the noise from the bar area echos throughout the establishment until 3am

Trip: All of the places we visited were exciting. I do feel however that the Matterhorn should have been included not an extra. Also very disappointed in the staff at the Crystol. Our tour director emailed prior to our stay to request adjoining rooms due to medical necessity. There were three of us. They obviously did not read the email or honor the request. We at first were given one room with one bed for three adults. Then when we inquired we were given another room not close. The staff did not seem to be too accommodating.
Service: Excellent loved our tour director and bus drivers!

Trip: In Switzerland our experience was good in general but most of the hotels visited lacked working air conditioning this made sleeping difficult, always waking up in a sweat and unable to open windows. In most hotels problems such as non functioning drains, appeared to be a lack of general maintenance.
Service: Customer service was very good in most places visited on the insight package.
