Trip: Covered all we expected just very busy schedule. There is a need for more small local hotels with character instead of Scandi chrome and glass with no character.
Service: Canadian tour director, I would always prefer a local who understands the people and culture instead of reading off notes and pronouncing a few words, no legroom in either front seat made them very uncomfortable. Not at the standard of our previous Insight trips.

Trip: Got to see spectacular countryside
Service: The travel director was brilliant (Chad Hartin), very informative and organised. It was just the little things as well, like stopping to skim rocks on the water or getting everyone to suggest a song for a play list on a long drive day. This is the fourth time I have traveled with Insight and your tour directors have all been of a high standard and help make for a memorable holiday
