Trip: The itinerary was everything we thought it would be. The only trouble we found was sometimes the overnight stays became a little rushed as we had to have our luggage out so early. The two days stays were easier!
Service: We loved the efficiency of our tour guide, Steve Fowler. Everything went like clockwork. The coaches and the drivers were amazing. The coaches were safe, clean and the drivers always ensured that we were so well looked after.

Trip: Very good overview of the countries we're most likely to revisit
Service: Your L.A. office's helping to short-circuit the superfluous, onerous online registration process for me (get rid of that--it's ambiguous, unnecessary, and anxiety-producing at the last minute, creating doubt whether I was even registered for the trip!) , the flawless airport transfers, and setting up such an outstanding tour with all the extras.

Trip: The itinerary was great. We visited wonderful places. Could have spent longer at some key locations- eg Eiffel Tower. Great to have 2 nights in most locations.
Service: The tour director and the bus driver were fantastic and could not do enough for us. The information we received prior to departure and during our tour made us at ease in terms of knowing was going to happen when. Having our keys ready on arrival and our bags taken and collected from our rooms was wonderful. The hotels were wonderful except the one in Rome. The included and optional excursions added greatly to our trip. We would definitely travel with Insight again and would recommend them to others.
