Trip: Extra time in Krakow and Warsaw and not having one city tour in the dark would have improved this tour.
Service: I have been waiting to complete this survey until I received the survey for the European Grandeur tour which I took just prior to this one, from 1st to 26th September. Why haven't I received it? Could you send it to me, please? For this tour, their customer service was acceptable, but there were a few errors in the itinerary and optional excursions.
