Trip: I feel that the tour should have had an additional day and some of the optional experiences should’ve been part of this tour. I also feel that there were too many local experts- Our tour guide has lived in this area for 10 years and could have provided some of this info.
Service: Philippe did a fine job as our tour guide.

Trip: There needs to be 2 nights in Granada. Having 3 long consecutive bus days is far too much.
Service: customer service is always excellent. The quality of local guides is commendable , the tour directors also and the coach driver and coach. However I must make a comment on another aspect which I believe has fallen in standard and no longer sets insight on the platform it once had. Our first contact with insight was 2009. We have now done 7 insight tours. In 2009 , the big factors for us to choose Insight were 1.All 2 night stays in places on a tour , with PERHAPS a 1 night stay thrown in for long distance travel. 2.Maximum 30 on the bus. These marketing factors are no longer part of the Insight story. What a shame. There are now other companies in the vacation market which uphold these and are growing in popularity. We have traveled with quite a few companies now ,and although we always appreciate what is offered and done for us on tour, have to note the decline in what previously set Insight apart from the others.

Trip: This was exactly what I was looking for in a short tour. The tour covered all the cities I wanted to see and the optional experience took care of other places, like Monserrat and Toledo. I wasn't familiar that the tour continued with the north. Many people on the tour stayed on. Next time I will look into that.
Service: They were able to give me a great deal of information about the tour. Extremely knowledgeable.
