Trip: Would have preferred more free time. Too much packed into too few days. While I've thoroughly enjoyed the trip a few extra days would have been more enjoyable. Nearing the end of the holiday found it too tiring to enjoy the best part of the tour

Service: Courtesious & knowledgeable tour leader. Made the utmost effort to engage with the group throughout the tour. His ability to bring the group together resulted in an awesome trip & making lots of new friends

  • 12 January, 2019

Trip: We thoroughly enjoyed our tour as well as the pace. It was not too hectic or stressful, it was just right!

Service: Our tour director, Elena Lopez, was excellent. She was very friendly and accommodating, always attending to our needs, with a wealth of knowledge about Spain and history. Our driver Luis was very good as well. Yes, I will definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

  • 11 January, 2019

Trip: Itinerary was great, but holiday closures affected what we could see, and worthy alternatives were not provided

Service: Wonderful tour and sights. The director was a little distracted at times. Alternative activities for those scheduled, but unavailable due to holiday closures should have been provided. Overall, very positive

  • 11 January, 2019

Trip: We learned so much from the tour. Elena was a very good guide. We appreciated her kindness and her knowledge on Spains history

Service: The tour was very informative and the places we went to were the best. I would suggest though that guests should be back at the hotel by 6 p.m. to give them time to rest for the next day tour. Instead of free dinners perhaps you can just have free lunches. Our tour guide Elena Lopez was really superb. She was so accomodating and we learned so much history from her. Almost all local guides were good too.

  • 03 December, 2018

Trip: One of best trips we ever had, on every level

Service: Would recommend often. Everything went off without a hitch. Great selections on optionals

  • 02 December, 2018

Trip: Cities were nice. Needed more time in all of them. Optional experiences were good. Would have longer in Toledo.

Service: Definitely recommend. Tour guide was great so was the bus driver.

  • 27 November, 2018

Trip: The tour director was very friendly and accommodating, the local guides at each location very knowledgeable. Just felt that some of the tours wasn't quite appropriate. The first night tour to tour the city wasn't really very good as you can barely see/take photos of them from the bus. There should also be an optional price for those who don't drink alcohol (funny I know but there are those that prefer not to).

Service: The person that helped with the booking was very patient and friendly, clarifying our doubts.

  • 21 November, 2018

Trip: well covered. not tiring, orderly . enjoyable. if possible, the optional paid dinners can have 2 tiers-- meal with wine OR without wine for those who do not drink.

Service: I like the comfortable seats of the coach. The daily program schedules were relaxing. the tour guides especially the day excursions guides are so professional and efficient. however, the dinners provided can be improved.

  • 18 November, 2018

Trip: I would like the itinerary include more local sight seeing instead of an excursion, not charging us for it, especially day 3, Barcelona evening with Montjuic & Olympic Drive, we were charged EUR 26, it was a big disappointment, it was too dark to see anything, I did not benefit on this outing. I paid to get taken out to eat at a restaurant at my own expense, I could have just ordered a taxi to serve this purpose. The restaurant that we were taken to the restaurant on day 2-welcome dinner, the tapas were not good, the food were all fried, it turned me off to”tapas”, we should be served some salad or vegetables to ease off the greasiness. A lot of people got sick on the bus in the middle and towards the end of the tour, maybe the bus needed to be disinfected in case there are germs on the bus. My daughter got sick at the end of the tour, flu like symptoms, coughing and fever. I was just coughing, and nose blowing.

Service: The tour director was very organized, a pleasure to travel with. The driver was very careful, a save driver. Most of the local guide was very knowledgeable , you can tell they were very enthusiastic about their job. I will join another tour with insight.

  • 18 November, 2018

Trip: Due to the long travel times between cities, I think the tour should have been longer to allow more time in the cities we visited. The places we saw were very interesting, and we all wished there had been more time to see the places in depth.

Service: Customer service handled our reservations very well. All flights were set up with ample time between planes to allow us to relax before the next flight.

  • 18 November, 2018

Trip: Need more free time to see different things other than churches and museums. We all would have liked some time to shop outside of “siesta” when everything is closed. Too much travel time. I would have rated this a 5 if we just went to Barcelona, Seville and Madrid and had more time in each city.

Service: Our guide Phillipe was great the bus very comfortable. The only problem was we spent too much time on the bus and not enough in the cities.should have researched the itinerary in more detail. Too many churches and museums and not enough free time to see what I wanted to see. This is a very safe, fun and convenient way to travel when you don’t want to do the research or the driving yourself. Muchas gracias.
