Trip: All the places we went were exciting...the Wailing wall in Jerusalem...it was a well planned tour and guided expertly by Rafi. Jordan was great...Petra a highlight and Jerash a wonderful surprise. Mo did an excellent job. Your tour guides make the tour!
Service: We absolutely love both trips, Israel with Rafi and Jordan with Mo. The hotels and dinners were marvelous...food exceptional in Israel. Out of 21 hotels we stayed at on this tour the only hotel that charged for wifi and some cold milk in our room was the Marriott, a small carton was $14 Australian! Both tours were everything we expected and more. The only complaint we have is the fact that we were told on the last days that if we wanted to do the optional extras in Jordan we had to stay a few more days...which is far too late to tell us...only one couple on the bus knew that and to say everyone was furious with Insight is a understatement....its not as thought we can pop over there and do them one day! We have done many Insight tours and have never heard of this....they were always in the tour.

Trip: We needed more time in Jordan. Less time for lunches and shopping, more time to include at least one optional.
Service: The trip to Israel and Jordan was overall quite good. We had confusion ahead of time about needing a visa for Jordan bu finally spoke with Insight and was assured that we would get the visa as a group. Israel was very very good and we had a superior guide in Rafi. He had great knowledge, was organized, recommended good places for quick lunches and had been doing the trip so long that he knew people who could give us special service. The trip from Israel to Jordan was very long and we had no food between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Someone should have told us to bring snacks or a box lunch should have been provided. We had a great deal to see in Jordan and our guide, Moe, tended to waste a lot of time on long, lavish lunches. The information from Insight had listed 3 optional excursions in Jordan but due to the scheduling, you could only do an optional if you stayed an extra day or had a very late flight on the last day. That was VERY disappointing and Insight needs to either add an extra day in Jordan or arrange visits and lunch stops for better use of time. We also wasted a lot of time in the Queens Shop- that too could have been applied to an optional. So Israel was wonderful, Jordan deserved more time.

Trip: Israel and Jordan tour was by far the best our Tour Directors Rafi in Israel and Mohammed in Jordan were very knowledgeable they made the tours so enjoyable The only problem with the Jordan part of the Itineary is that the optional excursions are done after the tour it may be a good idea for Insight to say this in the brochure as flights are booked well in advance it was disappointing not to be able to do the optional excursions due to this problem with Insights Itinerary not being explained properly.
Service: Grecian Legends tour was fantastic thanks to our wonderful knowledgeable TD Anastasia Sofou she was very caring to all of the group, the three night cruise of the Islands was also wonderful due to the fantastic organising by Dimitry and the customer service desk representative Mia.

Trip: Our Israel trip was fabulous. The Jordanian side of the tour we felt we spent too much time back and forth on the bus between Amman & Petra. Not sure if that is because they tour company had to combine our tour with another.
Service: We just returned from Israel/Jordan 12 day trip. Everything was very well organized. Our guide Rafi in Israel was absolutely fabulous. Very knowledgeable and extremely organized. Our guide Sofian in Jordan was good as well. We felt there was not a lot of explanation in some areas of Jordan - however Sofian was helpful courteous and we loved the time in Petra with him.

Trip: We saw everything I wanted to see and felt the tour was very thorough.
Service: Our guides and drivers were good. Rafa and Joseph the guide and driver in Israel were the best, they made the trip, Can't say enough about them.

Trip: They both covered major highlights and gave us new information about the areas. The itineraries were very packed, but both guides changed some things around that helped. Didn’t think it was necessary to climb to top of every Roman temple/ruin.
Service: Itinerary was very good, but extremely time filled. Both tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful. Two issues for me were the original small bus given us in Jordan and the uncleanliness of rooms and public restrooms in Marriott in Petra! Train men/women better. A large bus 🚌 is always better than being cramped in a small one.

Trip: We had a very full itinerary. No complaints.
Service: We had a wonderful time visiting Israel and Jordan. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and accomodating to our needs. We were not impressed with the Leonardo Plaza hotels in Tiberias and Jerusalem...room keys would not work and meal service was just Ok.

Trip: Great sites and tour directors
Service: The Insight buses in Israel and Jordan were inferior to the usual Insight buses we experienced in the past. The buses on the Israel/Jordan tour lacked the usual leg room and did not have a restroom.

Trip: Our tour guide, Rafi, was excellent & very knowledgeable. He was attentive to the needs of everyone including the older travellers. I could not say the same for the guide in Jordan. At one stage, he miscounted the number of travellers who returned to the coach & instructed the driver to leave. It was only with the intervention of the other travellers who had to call out to the driver to stop the bus as 2 travellers were missing. On a positive note, the itinerary included all the places I wanted to see & I enjoyed the tour very much.

Trip: The rooms were wonderful and service terrific. When there was a problem in Petra, the manager was more than accommodating. I wish that I had known that the optional trip could not be paid with a credit card in Bethlehem.
Service: We were treated with respect and all our needs were met. The 1 thing that bothered me was that we did not know that we could not use our credit card to pay for the optional excursion to Bethlehem. Otherwise, our trip to Israel was great. The tour guide Rafi and bus driver Benny were terrific. In Jordan we had a problem with our Room. This was in Petra. The manager was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms and food were fabulous and I would recommend this trip to my friends.

Trip: Israel's tour was great. I would have preferred less bus time in Jordan. It seems like we traveled on the same highway several times.
Service: The Israel-Jordan trip was a dream come true. I could never have planned this on my own. I had patient, informative tour guides. My questions were answered courteously and promptly. My problems we solved to my satisfaction. The sights were spectacular. I wish there was less time on the bus time in Jordan. It could have been planned better The hotels and food were top-of-the line .Wherever I went, the staff was wonderful and went out of their way to please the customers. I always felt safe. My only gripe was that I was not told that I did not need a Visa for Jordan. It was an unnecessary expense. I have gone on several Insight tours and have always been happy. I highly recommend this company.
