Trip: It was a great tour of the major cities with a few stops on the way to each
Service: The tour from city to city itself was very well planned which included stops of smaller cities with their own unique history. I especially enjoyed our tour director's quite way of waking us up on bus when we reached our destination (wa-ke, wa-kee). She is very knowledgeable about the history of the cities in Italy. And a big SHOUT-OUT to our bus driver for getting us from point A to point B safely.

Trip: Wonderful variety of experiences, some with additional very knowledgeable local tour guides. We enjoyed every bit of our itinerary and don’t think we could have realistically and enjoyably seen more. There were extra-cost “ optional” experiences some days that, in my opinion, should have just been included as part of the whole package. But I have to assume that some people may have already seen these in past visits to Italy, or others may have just found them to be too much to do, so I’d guess that’s the reason they were optional. However, it worked to our cost advantage on the all optional excursions day/free time day in Florence, as we took advantage of that time to go off on our own, instead visiting our family heritage site. Before leaving the US, I had reached out to Liz for her help in doing so, and told her our plans to take a high speed train from Florence to Naples. Per my request, she coordinated for us the connection with a reliable, safe driver, whom she knew, to meet us at the train station in Naples. He then escorted us to and from our destination in Pontelandolfo for the day. On our return to Naples train station, he gave us a riding tour of Naples with enough time for a quick bite to eat before catching our return train to Florence. It went seamlessly and we returned to Florence later that evening, rejoining our Insight tour group at the hotel, which happens to be conveniently located just a street over from the train station! Although our extra journey cost us more than all the optional Insight tour extras would have for the day, only with Liz’s help we were able to fulfill this dream to visit our family’s heritage site. Now that's customer service!
Service: Complete and timely delivery of everything needed before travel and during the tour. Coordination with and by our wonderful, knowledgeable, organized and efficient tour guide, Liz Chatlerie. Wonderful, new, clean coach with lots of personal space and leg room, onboard WiFi. and great, safe driver, Taziano. Daily mapping to track our journey was provided by our tour guide, Liz. Itinerary provided us a great deal of experiences with adequate time allotted for each. Experiences additionally included knowledgeable English speaking local tour guides. Perfectly chosen hotels (great location and quality, always clean) and delicious restaurants for many wonderful experiences. Frequent rest stops at great, clean places along our journey. Just perfect!

Trip: The destinations in Italy were good except for Pisa but all the non inclusive activities are not detailed or extra prices provided until just prior,to departure so holiday cost much higher than brochure price at which we booked. The dinners included were average or less in taste and quality...quite disappointing.
Service: Booked through a travel agent so customer service experience was mostly with insight tour director

Trip: Insight’s customer service was great from the beginning to the end. Our tour director, Phillip, even assisted us after the tour ended by getting us a taxi to the train station; we extended our trip a few days and visited Sorrento. I look forward to our next Insight trip, and I hope Philip is our tour director again.
Service: Insight review. This was our first time visiting Italy. We had the best time with our group. It was truly an amazing 15-year anniversary trip. Our tour director, Phillip Orna, was amazing and our driver, Gennaro Vento, was an excellent driver. I could have never planned everything we did in one week. I truly fell in love with Florence. The diner an Machiavelli’s villa was my favorite part of the trip, and Venice was the most beautiful place I have ever seen. There are areas that Insight needs to change. The hotels in Florence and Rome were not four star hotels. Our hotel room in Rome had a horrible odor. The hotel’s customer service also fell short on our last night because the bartender was also running the front desk.

Trip: We loved every place we visited. We got to see and do so much and still had a little bit of free time in each place to explore some more. We could not have seen and gone to all of the places we saw on our own.
Service: We had the most wonderful time! Our fantastic, very knowledgeable Tour Guild Philip Orna and charming, ever so polite driver, Gennaro Vento made sure our trip was going to impress and it sure did! We very much appreciate the effort they put into making our time in Italy so magical.

Trip: Included all the cities we wanted to see, from the mountains of Como, the olive groves in Tuscany, to the beautiful cathedrals in Venice & Rome. Each one beautiful in its own way. The local guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, sometimes funny, savvy, always interesting.
Service: Before travel, we received thorough & timely information. Our tour director, Philip did everything possible to make this a wonderful & memorable trip. . . including some last-minute re-arranging and scheduling due to things like road construction and pouring rain.

Trip: Perfect, from the moment we began the journey to the end. Phillip our tour director could not have done more to give us this amazing trip.
Service: A fantastic experience.

Trip: In a basically one week tour, Insight managed to include the sights we cared about and even more.
Service: From our travel agent at AAA to phone contacts at Insight to our outstanding Tour Director, I was very impressed with the level of customer service.

Trip: The itinerary made the most of the time in each city. We opted for most of the excursions which added to the experience.
Service: Insight took care of all the details to make it easy for us to visit a new country. The tour guide and coach driver were excellent. I would definitely recommend Insight to friends and family.
