Trip: The last day at Athens was not well organized , the visit to the temple was not worth the experience. INsight should have a something else as opposed to pushing on to us a third party travel “key tours”.
Service: Contacted them once related to rules of airport at London. The answers were good and did not require another call.

Trip: Thought the itinerary was great -- not too busy or too full. Was not quite as happy with the cruise -- would have preferred a more adult venue. Lots of unsupervised teens/college-aged kids.
Service: Mia, our guide, was absolutely the best tour guide I've ever experienced. She truly went above and beyond whenever she was needed by anyone in our group, and all of our excursions were fantastic and went off without a hitch. If I could hire her to run my life, I would!
