Trip: Not happy that we were mixed in with several other tour groups (Trafalgar etc) on our land excursions! Our tour Director was exceptionally good and we rated him as one of the top Insight Leaders.

Service: Disappointed that we were left at terminal on arrival at Rome. Our Emirates aeroplane was held on taxiway waiting for a docking berth for approximately 50 mins. We missed our Insight transfer by 5 minutes and had to find our own way into Rome. Not happy as we had enjoyed 10 previous Insight Tours without any problems.
