Trip: Overall, the itinerary was very good however I think too long is spent at the Normal Rockwell museum which then doesn't allow any time at all to look around Williamstown. Williamstown has some beautiful old buildings and it would have been great to have taken a walk amongst them.
Service: The tour guide and driver were very good. I would have given an excellent star except that one of our bags was damaged on the final journey and we did not notice until after the coach had left. I sent an email to the tour guide who replied promptly and said they would pass it on to "operations". I am still waiting for a follow up email from the tour guide and from operations.

Trip: Had very good accommodation, coach was always clean, had great weather (although nobody can control that!), coach driver, Matt was very good.
Service: Our coach driver Matt was very good. Had a lot of knowledge about the area, and his driving was excellent. He appeared to have more knowledge of the area we toured in than our guide Roger *personal information removed by Feefo*. Roger is a very nice person, but didn't talk much during the bus tour to let us know what towns we were passing through and other interesting things which we are usually informed with guides.

Trip: Most stops were really good. But some were weak. The best were the Morse Maple Sugar stop and the Rockwell Museum.
Service: Yes I️ would recommend Insight travel. Our tour guide, Michelle Murphy was great!

Trip: I enjoyed the places we visited. They were varied and catered for various tastes. I enjoyed greatly the walk along the "Flume" inserted instead of a gondola trip that had closed for the season. I suggest it is included as a definite destination. I would like to comment on the food at Williamstown . The evening meal was poor as was the breakfast . Definitely not up to insight standards. The rooms and service were good but the food just O.K.
Service: Could not have been more considerate or caring of someone travelling alone.

Trip: Everything about the itinerary was excellent, timings, places we visited and the added touches were outstanding.
Service: We received a very efficient and personal service, from booking the holiday to the tour director and coach driver. Communications about our holiday were very timely and informative. We were made to feel important and our questions were always answered.

Trip: Our tour guide, Michelle Murphy, showed us all of the scheduled sights and stops. In addition, she would take us to extra stops to see and take photos on country roads off the beaten path.
Service: They did everything well. Yes we have recommended them many times. Yes we would travel with them again, this was tour eleven and twelve will be in April.

Trip: same as above - first class!
Service: The planning, transportation, tour director and driver, as a package, was first class. Would book again and highly recommend to anyone.

Trip: Excellent we saw everything we wanted. Liked staying two nights in a few places.
Service: Both tour director and bus driver very attentive to every detail.
04 November, 2017
Trip: The two nights without evening meals were the only negative aspect of the entire trip
Service: Excellent staff. "Flourishes" were unexpected little treats. Good choice of hotels.

Trip: Lots and lots of fun stuff to do. Plenty of interesting stops and enough time to explore on our own...
Service: This was our 2nd Insight Tour Vacation. I thought it couldn’t get any better, but guess what... it did! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Trip: I love the places we visited. Rockport, Maine was my favorite. Michelle, our tour guide, did an outstanding job of giving information about the places we visited. Ira, our driver, kept us safe and on time. The two of them made the whole trip a wonderful experience.
Service: Yes, I will travel with Insight again. My whole experience was just great! Everything about the trip went very smoothly.
