Trip: It was very busy with long days traveling but well worth it.
Service: Joey was very organised and was always willing to go out of his way to help us. He was very informative and gave us lots of extra information about the countries and cities we visited. When we left our ipad on the coach in St Petersburg, he helped to organise to get it transported to us in Moscow. He went in the middle of the night to get it from another tour director at the train station. I really enjoyed the trip, he made everything flow smoothly.

Trip: Despite there is a lot time spent on getting from one destination to the other, i think the itinerary is very well planned. However my wife finds a couple journey on the coach a bit long. The optional excursions are plenty and we have gained more memories and experiences from them. Overall I think the itinary is spot on and making the tour very enjoyable.
Service: Both the tour director Joey and the driver Lupo are excellent in their job. They are constantly looking after us and making sure we can get the most experience out of the tour. Joey's knowledge on all the countries that we have been is impressive. Both my wife and myself have enjoyed this tour very much and we will recommend it to our friends.

Trip: Well planned, excellent location s, great tour director and coach driver.
Service: Great place selection, great tour director, excellent coach driver, great company.
13 October, 2018
Trip: The tour covered a lot of places and well known attractions. The itinerary also allowed time to relax/go shopping or visit areas at own pace. The tour director, local experts, coach drivers and fellow travellers were all great and made the trip memorable. Only criticism is sometimes we were left at places for longer than needed, and some of the optional experiences should have been included as part of the tour itinerary. But overall, thoroughly enjoyable trip - highly recommend it to anyone!
Service: Well organized and operated tour.
13 October, 2018
Trip: Some days were packed with activities and long. However, well worth it.
Service: Sites we visited were great. To be fair and consistent, force use seats on the bus consistent with rotation policy announced at the beginning. Some assertive individuals in the group tend to be disruptive and assert their daily choice rather than stick to the announced policy. Good rules and consistent enforcement is always good all travelers. Other than this issue, tour director was on top all of our needs. Chad Harten is excellent.
13 October, 2018
Trip: The itinerary covered all Capitals well, and even though the long drive from Moscow to Minsk was a chore it was the only long travel day on the Tour.
Service: Insight are always proactive with advise & information and we felt well informed. The Tour Guides are always fantastic, and Chad lived up to that reputation. We always recommend Insight to friends and hope to Tour again with you in the not to distant future.
13 October, 2018
Trip: Gave us a great taste of the countries and cities we visited
Service: Excellent tour guide and good choices made for guides along the way as we did included and optional tours.
08 October, 2018
Trip: All the places we wanted to see.
Service: Very good Tour Director but disappointing to know that he was a last minute replacement and the tour nearly failed to run because there was no leader until he agreed after a late approach. Some optional experiences were not to standard. Some were not available for lack of numbers. Insight needs to take the risk of running on low numbers if these optionals are advertised and offered. Hotels generally OK, coach and driver very good. Potsdam Hotel was a good choice and replacement for the Berlin Hotel advertised (although it cost an unexpected 60 Euro taxi fare to get there from the Berlin train station). Visa process for Russia worked well.
