Trip: The tour was very good but some of the hotels are out of town.
Service: Enzo was a very professional tour director who remember everyone’s names quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Trip: Some hotels had issues with air conditioning being turned off in October which might be something Insight as a company could discuss. The towns visited were well chosen and the commentary from both Tour director and local experts very intetesting.
Service: The tour was interesting and well planned. Filippo our tour director was thoughtful and approachable. Some days the toilet stops were a bit of a stretch for some passengers. There are some free evenings and days where it would have been helpful to have some flyers or suggestions about local tours or things to do. On the final days when my husband was injured Filippo was extremely kind and helpful.

Trip: The itinerary was just what I expected & the optional tour offerings were also very good. Some stops were to short & did not allow enough time for shopping.
Service: This was my second tour with Insight & I was very pleased with the itinerary & our guide/driver. My only complaint is that as a solo traveler I did not expect a bus-seat companion. I had to sit with a woman who constantly talked & could never follow simple instructions. I felt like I was expected to "take care" of her. I would have preferred a smaller number of people on the tour allowing more space.

Trip: I prefer to stay at least two nights at each location. I also prefer to stay at boutique hotels which I find warm and cozy. The modern / contemporary hotels are not as inviting to me.
Service: Everything was taken care for us. Our tour director made sure things ran smoothly.

Trip: The tour was well organised, good hotels and a very comfortable coach.
Service: A well organised tour of Northern Spain with an excellent tour guide in Jorge and driver in Sandro.

Trip: Itinerary was good, we saw everything as advertised. The lunch at a village (Santillana Del Mar) was very good but rushed. We had a great lunch but no time to explore the village. We were 10 minutes late as it was. We really enjoyed the Gugginheim museum in Bilbao but is was not clear in the tour description that we would be stopping.
Service: Maria our guide was wonderful, very informative and attentive to our needs and requests. The itinerary was good, we did everything as advertised. INSIGHT got us to some sites before the crowds and other tours arrived, that was much appreciated. The extra legroom on the bus was helpful. We have toured with INSIGHT twice before and will be back in the not too distant future.

Trip: The tour was outstanding. The locations included seem to have been perfect; the travel Guide and driver were the best; the hotels chosen were superb; the food excellent and the synergy among the travelers was very positive. The one small comment we'd make is the very limited time we had at the stopover locations. We definitely needed more time.
Service: Yes, we certainly would travel with Insight again and yes, we would recommend them to others.
