Service: The tour covered the major parks and sights and we travelled quite a lot of distances. The food and accommodation was very good and it was very well organised. The tour manager had a lot of knowledge of the history which made the visits very interesting. I would thoroughly recommend this tour

Trip: Great itinerary! My only minor complaint was the last of photo stops (but often these were hard to do with roads).
Service: Excellent trip with a great tour director. And the locations in national parks were just fabulous.

Trip: Parks were great. Lake Powell was not a good experience. Food service was poor and inattentive. The boat trip around the Lake needs to have better management. Aging populations that may have major mobility issue need to be understood by staff and a better system developed. Las Vegas can be left out of the tour. It has nothing to do with Parks and is out of the way. A plastic city does not fit with national parks.
Service: Tour Director and Driver we very helpful and thoughtful.

Trip: All of the parks were great. However, it is a waste of time to go to Las Vegas. Las Vegas has nothing to do with a parks tour. The time could have been better spent by staying in one of the parks longer. I would say that the management of the Lake Powell Resort was inferior and did not take into account the number and age of people staying. I would recommend staying outside of the Lake Powell Resort.
Service: Customer service was very good. Selected accommodation after Lake Powell were excellent. Prior to lake Powell and especially at the Grand Canyon the accommodation was at best average.

Trip: Las Vegas was a waste of time. I would have liked to spend the time in the national parks. Salt Lake City wasn't any better-all we did was check into the hotel and have dinner-saw a few buildings from the bus as we left the city the next day but that was all.
Service: Great bus driver and comfortable bus.
