Trip: Visited what was listed and the tour director was very knowable.
Service: The service in booking the trip and the tour director was 5 stars. Gave it a 4 star because we had our agent check if the assigned seats on Virgin Atlantic were the same, two seats on the side with a window. The answer was yes. We got to SEATAC early ( we were the second to check in). When we boarded the plane and found our seats they were in the middle and were bulkhead. Totally disappointed, this was our 40th Anniversary. Flight was full - no where to move to.

Trip: Too many add on trips or events. Added almost 1/3 to the price of the trip. Not expected based on other trips with different travel agencies.
Service: Going through AAA seemed to slow the receipt of trip package and limited Insight in when they could help with issues prior to start of the trip.
